DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
I ordered a new Apple Mac Neo and paid an additional £25.99 for rush delivery. However, despite sending numerous emails and receiving no response, the device did not arrive until after 10 working days, rather than the advertised 4–6 days.
When the device finally arrived, it had out-of-box device enrolment by Veho Tech, Inc.
I had to contact Apple Technical Support for assistance, only to discover that the device was locked at the device management stage and was therefore not fit for purpose.
Despite sending numerous further emails to customer services, I received no response or assistance in resolving the issue.
As a result, I had no choice but to raise a dispute with my credit card provider to resolve the matter.
The entire experience has been extremely disappointing, from the delayed delivery and faulty device to the complete lack of customer service.
An appallingly dysfunctional company. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Good phone at a good price

Let me first say I don't know anyone at Tech in the basket nor am I affiliated with anyone at this company.
I've been buying my tech from this company for about 15-20 years.
I keep going back to them as they have excellent service.
Great prices excellent communications all the way through the buying process and exactly the way you need a company to operate.
I couldn't recommend this company high enough.

After 17 days of placing the order the status still showing processing. Contacted them few times but no response.

Fast, efficient, no complaints

Excellent service and the package arrived safely. I purchased 2 Samsung Galaxy watches and both were packed in the original packaging and brand new.

Was dubious for the price but used PayPal for protection. It turned up with two weeks of order and it's brand new and all working perfectly. I took a chance based on other reviews, rather than pay £1400 to other companies and it paid off.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I placed an order over two weeks ago, and not only has nothing arrived, but the company went completely dark. Zero updates, zero tracking information, and zero accountability.
​Trying to get a human being on the line is impossible. They hide behind a useless AI chatbot that runs you in endless circles, designed specifically to prevent you from speaking to anyone who can actually solve a problem.
​The real insult came when they finally did something, they cancelled it out of nowhere, not because of an inventory issue, but because they raised their prices and demanded I repurchase the exact same item at the inflated rate. Refusing to honor a confirmed transaction just to squeeze more money out of a paying customer is pure bait and switch. Scummy
​This isn't just terrible customer service, it is deceptive, predatory, and outright scummy business practice. Take your money literally anywhere else.

I bought a Huawei fit 5 smart watch. Good price. Brand new sealed box. Very happy with my purchase. It took about a week to receive it. Overall im happy 🙂

again genuine flagship Oneplus phone at budget price, just wish they would automatically email you when the order is being dispatched and when they have tracking info.

Ordered a phone that was not in stock. This resulted in less than ideal delays and my going to a different provider in the end.

I found a great deal and the buying process is simple. However it loses a star due to delivery updates. TechintheBasket site says out for delivery. Delivery company says waiting to receive package. This was state of play for 8 days. Final day delivery company says "we've got it". Soon after they are knocking on the door asking for a signature. Good job we were in to receive parcel.

I'm sure a more interactive, informative system could be introduced.
