I ordered an action camera WAY too late, just before my holiday, but everything arrived super quick, just before I was due to fly. Monica was so helpful, gave plenty of advice and corresponded several times to ensure I was happy and the products had arrived.

Product is as described. A slight delay on the order, Monica straight on the case and delivered very quickly after.

I placed an order which I then had to cancel. The company supported me well and their canceling process went extremely smooth.

I was worried our underwater camera was running behind on the delivery and had a trip coming up I wanted it for. It turned out the delay was due to the memory card I had ordered not being in stock, so they offered to send me a better one at no extra cost and sent via 24 hour delivery. Above and beyond customer service as well as an excellent deal on the camera in the first place. Top notch rare these days service.

Fab customer service from Monica (good to see she gets a few mentions in other reviews here) which is rare these days. She checked on product suitability before shipping and was polite, knowledgeable and extremely personable. It was such a pleasant transaction that I’ve already been back for a second purchase and wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again.

I recently purchased a Roadxon W1 Action Camera as a present for my 12yr old Grandson , as this is /was a product I have no knowledge of I was so lucky to have Monica on customer service talk me through the whole process and how she ensured delivery was made in time for the Birthday ,updating me almost daily!
