Scope (20-75x by 80mm)

Ordered a Scope (20-75x by 80mm), it was collected by Evri, and then just sat in their warehouse nearly a week. One email to Harlix resulted in a personal reply late Friday night, they chased Evri and I received it Monday. 5* Harlix 1* Evri!! The Scope itself is great value for money for bird watching - perfectly suits my needs. I did compare it to a £1500+ one today, and yes, the expensive one was clearer, but not by a huge margin. I am very pleased with the Scope and the communication from Harlix.

Good camera and great after sales service.

Very pleased with the digital camera bought from Harlix - ideal for quick snapshots and ease of use - just as recommended. Also, after sales service was prompt, helpful and friendly. Thank you. Will definitely look to Harlix for advice/purchases when next needed.

Amazing customer service from Olivia

Amazing customer service from Olivia, she helped me with vaccum since I’m old and not expert so she advice me the vaccum cleaner and the delivery was smooth. She even keep me updated with delivery!! Definitely recommend buying from them.

Ordered a hoover 8 days ago and still…

Ordered a hoover 8 days ago and still hasent even got to royal mail asked for a refund and they keep telling me its on the way just checked again and still no tracking asked fir it to be cancelled and they are refusing woukd never order again

We want to be transparent — cancelling an order that is already dispatched and in transit would effectively result in the product being delivered without payment, which is not something any retailer can reasonably do.

To clarify the situation, this order was placed with a delivery timeframe of **5–7 working days**, which is stated at checkout. We do not advertise or offer a 3-day delivery service on this product. As already explained to you via email, the parcel has been in transit and delayed within the courier network.

According to the latest Royal Mail tracking (GV100101188GB), the parcel has now been received at the Hatfield National Hub and is actively progressing through the network.

As previously explained by email, because the item is already in transit, we are **unable to cancel or refund the order at this stage**.

However, we have clearly offered a full resolution:

* Once the parcel is delivered, we will provide a prepaid return label
* You can return the item for a **full refund**

Air conditioner

Bought a air conditioner and spare filter from Harlix when it came there was no spare filter because they got the order wrong the gave me the air filter free and gave me a full refund customer service brilliant worth five stars thank you Harlix.

Superb service

Unfortunately, the product I ordered was unsuitable for my needs. The company, however, was superb in dealing promptly and courteously with my return. These days, when it often becomes a trial to deal with companies, dealing with Harlix was like a breath of fresh air. Definitely a company I will choose again. Thank you.

Purchased a Robot Hoover

Purchased a Robot Hoover, pleased with product but was informed it was cheaper on another web site. I contacted Harlix and Olivier in customer care offered to refund the difference straight away. I had the money back in my account within two days. There customer care was nothing short of excellent and I would definitely recommend the company.

Ordered a ClickVis camera from Harlix

Ordered a ClickVis camera from Harlix. The camera came with a 32GB memory card which is not fast enough for the camera and therefore unusable. Ended up buying a bigger memory card and now the camera has stopped working all together. I have tried to contact the company (both Harlix and ClickVis) but have been ignored by both. Do not use this company as I feel I have been scammed.

Fantastic customer support

When I recently received my order, it unfortunately turned up damaged due to insufficient packaging. I contacted Harlix straight away, and a lovely girl by the name of Olivia went out of her way to rectify the error and issued me a full refund without delay. I would have no issues about using this company again due to their fantastic customer service.

Amazing customer service!

I gave this 5 stars as the customer service I received on the back of receiving the wrong product which came in a damaged box was outstanding. Olivia went above and beyond to rectify the mistake. What initially started out as a bad experience soon turned into an amazing one with how the situation was handled. Thank you Olivia.
