I wasn't holding out much hope after reading the previous reviewers issues... However... I have received my vaccum 8 days after it was ordered, yes it did come from China which I had not realised when ordering. I have used it once so far and all seems to be as expected, it has a good level of power and I have no issues with it all. I will update my review if this changes after a few uses but I hope not!!

Received the vacuum cleaner and worked perfectly twice but yesterday tried using it and its makes an awful screeching noise and not picking up.
I checked the manual which suggested checking that there were no blockages, which there were not any.
I emailed airvax and after a few hours they emailed back asking for a video. I sent them this about 4 times now but have got no reply!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!!!!!!

Had to resort to bank chargeback and now one month later they’re arguing yet agreeing that they still haven’t received the parcel back through Royal Mail ?!!

Do not use this company!!!!!! Customer service is awful, trying to return an item in original packaging as no longer needed, they won’t allow me to return to the warehouse they shipped from and saying the item has to be returned to china at my own cost, covering customs fee, restock fee and insurance of the item and are only offering me a 5% refund on a £180 hoover!

Going back and fourth with them and getting absolutely nowhere - would not recommend them as a business at all!

Do not use this company you will not get far trying to return the Hoover for a refund.
They boast they’re in the UK but want you to return the Hoover to china and will not refund if the box is damaged in transit. Consumer rights are totally ignored.
Now in the hands of a solicitor

Do not order. An item ordered is meant to be in transit - but the tracking information provided is totally bogus - number not recognised. I wish I'd read the huge number of adverse TP reviews.

Dreadful flimsy product and atrocious customer services. Was delivered faulty despite contacting Ventix I have had no luck getting a replacement or money refunded. I have left it in the hands of my bank fraud dept to investigate. Next step possibly consumer services.

Placed an order on 17/03/2026 and the shipping label was created without a house number, meaning Royal Mail could not deliver the parcel. It has been stuck “in transit” at the Coventry hub since Friday and will eventually be returned to the sender.

Customer service has been extremely poor. Despite explaining multiple times that the address on the label was incorrect and delivery is impossible, they continue to repeat scripted responses stating the parcel is “still in transit” and refuse to send a replacement until it is returned to them, which could take weeks.

This creates unnecessary delays for the customer due to their own shipping error.

Looking at other reviews, this appears to be a common issue with slow shipping, poor communication, and difficulty getting replacements or refunds.

I have now initiated the refund process.

Would not recommend.

Do not buy this product and do not use this company. They are cowboys.

Flimsy product, not the powerful machine as advertised. Asked for refund within 14 days as per policy. 19 emails later, offers of “just try it, you may like it…” refund refused, derisory offer of 5% refund and keep item to give to my family. Then when they do decide to tell you how to get a refund, you’ve got to send it yourself and pay for it to go to China…so now it’s in the hands of my bank (credit card payment) and trading standards.

Bought because I found reviews that it was the best cordless vacuum cleaner.
It can't be used on carpets to any degree because it doesn't possess enough suction, especially for animal hair, which is its primary selling point.

Yes, it holds a charge for a long time
Emptying the dust container is cumbersome and you risk the contents falling out all over the floor!

I ordered the Ventix Hypersonic Pro vacumn cleaner because it was top of an independent comparison site.After ordering I was disappointed to see the very negative reviews on this site. The Ventix arrived from China in 6 days. Delivered by Royal Mail via their Midland Hub. Have only had it a couple of days but it works perfectly. Like the digital display which tells me the remaining power. Auto mode adjusts to what the vacuums is picking up. There are various sensors and it seems to collect very fine dust. Suspect the after sales service may not be good. Getting spares etc. Cost of posting back to China if necessary extreme.

Wow do not order from this company. I ordered a vacuum on a Sunday and changed my mind and cancelled the order straight away via email. Early Monday morning was told the item had been dispatched already so couldn’t cancel. No proof of dispatch was sent although I had asked for one. Emailed again but no response. Be aware.
After various emails to the company to return the item after they kept offering me 5% discount eventually going up to 40% discount if I kept the item due to it being needed to be returned to China…nothing in their returns policy explains this. They eventually caved in and gave me a uk address to return it to. That was over 2 weeks ago and I still haven’t received confirmation of the return being received or my refund. I am now going through my bank to get a chargeback done. Scam company.

I ordered a vacuum cleaner based on a very good review of this companies products on a trusted comparison website. I was able to track the item for a few days until it reached a national mail hub, there were no further updates after this. I contacted the mail hub who described it as an "undeliverable or lost item" and I should contact the sender to send another or refund me.

After a few emails back and forth with the support address for Ventix, I became suspicious they weren't a proper company. Fortunately I was able to claim my money back through my bank, who also confirmed they had reason to believe this company is a scam.

Bought a vacuum online and tried to cancel the order on the same day, they told me I cannot cancel as it has already been despatched. Many emails flowed back and forth reminding them of UK distance selling laws, they kept sending the same "sorry it's too late" emails. Items arrived from a UK warehouse and they told they will refund if(1) I send the items back to China (2) pay delivery costs (3) pay custom duties (4) pay restocking fee and (5)If the item is damaged during delivery they will refuse to accept it back. They are a scammers selling junk using drop ship with a UK email and address and email yet trying to evade UK consumer law.
Keep away from them unless like me you have time to deal with these cowboys. I'm going to get them to refund me have been taking legal advise which I am collating and preparing and then I'll put all the outrageous emails they have sent me and my experiences on the web so people can see what a terrible unprincipled company this is.

Aliexpress drop ship store posing as a legit European manufacturer. Do not order unless you want a knock off product and are willing to pay large return fees to China.
