The most useful feature of TeamSnap for coaches is the availability. This is also its weakest point in terms of flexibility. There is n way t klck the availability of single events, or to set the period of time that availability can be modified for *single* events.

The IE version of Team has malware. How is it that nobody has seen this on TeamSnap? Many times a screen shows up and starts beeping about security issues, only when you go to TeamSnap. Chome is fine.

TeamSnap is the best team management site & App I have found in a number of years of running various groups. It has some really rich functionality that is easily accessible for both managers and members.

If you run a non-sports group - I run a choir - there are some quirks that you learn to live with, but the functionality available is still better than some other offerings that are more dedicated to the group type, so have stayed with TeamSnap.

Teamsnap is reliable. Great way to communicate and plan accordingly with parties involved.

Works pretty smooth. App needs a bit of work but its pretty great

The functionality of TeamSnap for managing teams is very, very good. The responsiveness and approach to customer service is as good as I’ve seen. They’ve cornered the market as a result of how good the product is. Unfortunately this has resulted in a more expensive product, and despite the increased revenues, ads and promotions are becoming more prominent and frequent.

I love this free app. My whole team uses it and buys the upgrade. Its great while free and absolutely outstanding with the cheaper upgrade. I recommend to everyone. Just wish there were a few less adds.

I use the App for my son's soccer team. Love the availability feature but there is still room for improvement.

I’d like to keep TeamSnap and have availability for all my teams but I have to do it separately for each team so I’m looking for something else.

Love TeamSnap but wish it was less costly for all the additions.

Teamsnap has made managing/ coaching our teams a breeze. Players love it because it is easy and quick. Maps to parks means everyone gets there on time and the communication tool makes it easy for last minute challenges. I love the availability view that gives easy information and removes going through lots of emails, messages and texts like we use to have to. So thankful!

The rostering and scheduling works well on mobile devices, better than other free hosting sites.

Messaging doesn't work as effectively as other applications that can build true two-way chats for all users. Therefore, our team uses another application for group chats.

Once I select Classic Payments, I shouldn't have to select it every time I log in. It should remove the default selection unless I change it in settings. Not every team wants to collect through TeamSnap/PayPal and have a surcharge. That means teams pay a fee to TeamSnap to pay more surcharge fees.

Picture storage is expensive. Our team uses another site to store pictures and video (a partner of TeamSnap). Links to the team on the partner site with automatic logins to that share site/team page would be great (unified login).
