I recently purchased the Earl Grey Premium from TeaLeaves after first experiencing it at a local café. I was so impressed by its flavour that I asked the cafe owner about the brand and he kindly shared your company's name with me. I must say it's the best Earl Grey I've ever tasted.

English breakfast tea is excellent both loose and in bags. But found their Assam to be pretty tasteless (even putting 2 teaspoons of tea into one cup still didn't generate much flavor).
My personal favourite tea shop in Victoria. You can visit them at 380 Mount Dandenong Rd, Sassafras, Vic, 3787. They have what they call a crazy tea shop with which is beautiful. They have so many tea types to mentioned and it’s a great drive to get the best tea in Victoria
Ordered blue willow mugs. Their photos on website made them look the same size as other mugs on site that are normal size. These arrived and three quarters the size of normal mugs. Could return them at my expense which is half the cost of purchase. All designed to advantage seller
The customer support is severely lacking, and the chosen carrier is highly unreliable. For a delivery of just 30 miles, it has taken over 7 days with no updates provided. Overall, the service does not meet the price.
I placed an order online and received my tea with broken seals. I reached out to their customer service twice via emails as instructed on their website. In the email I included pictures, order number, and all the details for them to locate the order, and they completely ignored my emails and there is no other way to talk to them at all.
Given it is supposed to be a high end tea shop, it very disappointing to know that they don't offer any after-sale customer service. I bought the tea as gifts to friends and now am stuck with them.
