I emailed my request to Kari TeK who replied promptly and then answered a further query. I then orderd the parts by email, the parts arrived promptly and fitted fine.

I worked with Michele to get the parts I needed to replace on my high-lift.

I live in Oregon, USA so getting the parts right the first time was important.

I just finished the installation and I’m happy with how the rack is working again.

You make a great product. People ask me about my rack all the time and they are amazed how it works. There’s nothing quite like it here in the US. I’m really surprised I don’t see more people using them. The cost point is good.

Clever piece of kit, makes life easier to load my sit-on on to my VW Camper. No way I could do it on my own otherwise!
Wrong size plates were sent, but correct ones were mailed very next day.
If you want paper instructions ensure you request them at time of despatch. Hard to look at instructions on an iPad when putting the rack together in bright sunlight.
Tools were provided, although wrong size allen key. Minor hitch, luckily had the right size in my tool box.
Quite expensive, but well worth avoiding back injury.

Fast and efficient service and a reasonable price for this useful bit of kit for high vehicles or less able paddlers. I had my rack Factory fitted for £60. Not bad and all done on arrival. Good advice and a training session included before departure. I have so far only used my Kayak rack for building materials!! Great for these too. Would suggest that an attachment for strap securing if not for kayak may be useful as you cannot wrap the straps around the rack bars due to the need to slide along the rails!
