We are so pleased with our Dio-met balcony. The whole team and communication were fantastic from design through to installation. Would highly recommend.

Bought clothes line posts, a tad on the expensive side but much nicer than the normal tubes. Delivery was quick, but I had a few problems, the paintwork was marked in a couple of places, one of the cross bars was a larger diameter and did not fit through the hole and the holes to fasten the other into place did not line up. Emailed them and they did respond immediately and offered to replace everything. Which would have been impractical. Opted to adjust the metalwork myself instead. It's a three line system but there is only one tie off cleat per post, ideally each line needs its own. Overall though now it is in place it does look very nice.

Simple clean transaction - Sarah in the office was snappy with accurate product detail.
Product is good quality - not like a lot of imported stuff that's carefully photographed to look like the real thing, but junk in real life.
This is the real thing: good materials put together properly.

From Design to installation, Diomet team provided excellent correspondance and help, they worked with us , and gave us different quotations for several designs, we finally settled on 4x 3.5m balcony.
Every step they assisted and provided an outstanding service.
This company delivered us a balcony in kit form which we built over 5 days. The instructions were easy to follow and anyone with basic knowledge could easily install a balcony.

I contacted a few companies online because I had a problem with the handrail on my spiral staircase. Dio met were the only ones who took an interest in the job . Rob was very helpful discussing the problem and trying to find an economical solution which we did ,and his colleague Oliver came and sorted it for me . He was punctual and sorted the problem efficiently and with no mess I would definitely recommend this company.

They designed and made a walk out balcony. It was not standard shape but they managed to provide what we requested. They answered emails and queries promptly and were very helpful. Fitters were great. Just waiting for warm weather to use it!

Good communication both pre and post purchase. Well packaged with next day delivery. Clothes Line Post was not cheap but this is a case of you get what you pay for. Post is very heavy duty and looks like it will last decades. It’s also well finished and looks really upmarket.

We visited Dio-Met in Sheffield because they are a local company. Explained what we wanted , about 9 meters of glass balustrade.
Were given a guide price that was less than other quotes.
We were then given a detailed set of drawings and fixed price.
The drawings were very detailed.
Delivery was 5/6 weeks and the delivery driver was very helpful.
We’ve now fitted the balustrade and are delighted with how easy it was to fit and how good it looks.
We would recommend anyone thinking about glass balustrade to contact Dio-Met, it may not cost as much as you think.

I recently had need to find an invoice from a well cover that I purchased in 2021 and Rob was more than happy to oblige despite the long time lag. Great service above and beyond the initial supply which I recall was also very good

Really great company to deal with. Was looked after by Rob and Adam who always came back to emails quickly. They came out and measured up and followed up a very competitive quote for a 7 metre balustrade glass panels in the garden, promised it would be about 6 weeks from order to installation. Dio-Met has just fitted a handrail to the side of my curved driveway.
They had to make the curve to fit a nonstandard shape.
The result is brilliant.
