An excellent company to deal with. The quality of service was only exceeded by the quality of the staircase we now have in our house. They responded to the problems we faced and expertly saw us through from start to finish.

Bespoke glass floor - 5 stars
Very easy to deal with. Very flexible and accommodating. I got a bespoke shape glass floor for a good price. I'm very pleased with the result, and I'll come back to Diomet again.

A beautiful staircase installed on time
We have just had a beautiful staircase installed by Dio met. They were very professional in their approach, and gave us the confidence to go ahead with the order. Other companies had been unable or unwilling to fulfill the design.
Although their publicity doesn't sell their products to the best, we have a really good quality, perfectly fitted staircase at an excellent price.
Can thoroughly recommend them

Washing Line Post - Excellent
We purchased a washing line post from Dio-Met. The website was simple to navigate, the subsequent service from Dio-Met was excellent and when the product arrived it was well packaged and of great quality. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Make sure close inspection
Unfortunately we didn’t check the porch canopy closely when it was delivered. We had to wait a few months before we had a fitter fit it. He found the paintwork on it was chipped in places. Unfortunately due to the deal between purchase and discovery we had no comeback. So would advise close inspection on receipt.

Based on my experience alone
I was surprised when I received an email today (Oct 23) requesting I leave feedback as it was May 22 when I placed my order (No.12164). Trust pilot only permits reviews experienced within the last 13 months, so the experience date was entered as October 2022. After reading some of the latest feedback and responses it is clear the company are making some attempts to remediate past issues raised for other customers.
I do like companies who approach asking for feedback, so whilst this relates to the company 16 months ago, I have based this on my experience alone.
I ordered a single Washing Line Pole - Modern Style. Confirmation of order received same day, and item was dispatched within 48hrs. It arrived with a decent amount of packaging (but not too much). I was very pleased with the quality of the pole, and it looks as good today as it did in May 22. I would recommend them and buy this item again. Thank you.
I would just add, don’t wait so long to ask for reviews. 👍

Fabulous product and great service
Very happy with our walk-out balcony from Diomet. Lee and his team made the whole experience very straightforward. They were always there to answer questions and held my hand all the way through the process. It was delivered when expected, and the crew were here waiting to unload and assemble. It looks lovely and we're more than happy!

May be a good product but poor communication and support.
We chose Dio-Met because of their good reviews but sadly our experience hasn't been positive, so far at least. To be fair our Juliet Balcony is still in it's wrapping so I can't comment on the quality of the product but delivery has been a fiasco, with haphazard and untimely communication from Dio-Met. For example, on the scheduled day of delivery we arranged to be in from 8am to 6pm, only to receive an email from Diomet at 15.50, who were closing at 16.00, to inform us that delivery would be after 6pm, why not be helpful and ring the customer with this crucial information? Fortunately I happened to see the email but unfortunately we couldn't arrange for anyone to be home after 6pm at such short notice.
Also quite abrupt and unhelpful responses when we asked about support finding an installer, why do they offer installation on multiple products but not single products?
In summary it may be a good product but Dio-Met could really improve on communication and installation support.

Stella - We are sorry to hear you are not satisfied with our service but have to say we are rather disappointed with this review for the reasons below :
1) You ordered a balcony on a supply only basis and since it has been delivered, have asked for it to be installed since your builder did not want to fit it 'as its too heavy'
2) After delivery you sent an email 'thanking all concerned' at DioMet.
3) Only at this point have you shared pictures of the wall it is being fitted to, which in our opinion is not suitable and requires a stonemason to prep the area first- For this reason we have advised we are unable to offer installation.
4) We have replied to you quickly over your installation query, and advised that we only use our own installers so could not recommend anybody else- we're unsure why this is deemed abrupt?
5) We do offer installation of single or multiple balconies however if the fixing surfaces do not look suitable, we cannot offer installation. If you had requested installation from the start, we could have suggested a more appropriate balcony for your individual construction and offered installation of such.
6) We use a third party delivery service which gave an estimated delivery time of 8am-6pm.The courier is always requested to call the customer 1 hour before delivery. Sarah in our dispatch office had been in regular contact with you, providing multiple updates. The delivery was running late so we informed you, prior to leaving the office that was the case. We do apologise and agree that a phone call may have been more appropriate in this case (even though you were already in direct contact with the courier) but do feel a 2* review is really rather unfair.

Thanks to Rob and his team, we now have a stunning balcony on our property to enjoy the wonderful views. Communication was outstanding and they worked with us on design and specifications to suit our needs. Kit was delivered with all components present and thanks to the well laid out plans was easy to install. Would highly recommend.

I purchased a stainless steel handrail from Diomet which arrived this morning. The quality is excellent and it looks stunning on the wall.
I received a call from them yesterday to arrange a delivery time and they also called me today to confirm that they would be arriving at the agreed time……. Which they did. Great service & communication 👍
I’ve previously ordered a stainless steel washing pole from them, which looks great in the garden and I’ve also ordered a pair of shed bars which have protected the contents of my shed.
I’ve made three purchases and I’ve always been very impressed…… Highly recommended 👍👍👍👍👍

Awful experience with Diomet
Awful experience with Diomet. A catalogue of errors from start to finish. Misquotes, failed deliveries, missing parts, fabrication errors, design and product not as per brief. I made numerous attempts to find compromise, which were met with disregard and arrogance on each attempt. Once they had my money and all the time invested, they were not in any way concerned with customer service. With the exception of my dealings Steve, this was a painful and protracted experience.

Your order was underquoted initially as one element of works was overlooked and you were made aware of this and offered a full refund of the deposit paid. You chose to proceed a number of months later, as our price was still very competitive after you went back out to tender for other quotations.
The goods were supplied as per our approved drawings, which you (after all items were fabricated) decided you wished to alter considerably, and argued should be completed free of charge - we believe this is what your frustration centres around, and must refute that this is deserving of your overall scathing review.
Our element of works were completed on time, and in accordance with the drawings which you personally approved- deviating from the approved drawings after goods are fabricated would be a chargeable event for obvious reasons, and not one that would afford any 'compensation' as was your suggestion.
Whilst we do not agree with your overall assessment for the aforementioned reasons, we can only apologise if you have found our service unacceptable.
