The fresh and intense atoma and flavour is exceptional. I live the variety of choice, but my favourites are the chais. They have become the indispensable wake up cup in mornings.

I am enjoying the chai teas, which are all quite different. Its a nice starter set. It arrived quickly with lots of delivery communication.

Excellent diversity and quality of products. The customer service experience is superlative. This is my most favourite tea retail company and I have been ordering from Teabox since a long time. Thank you for doing what you do!

Its Nice Tea. Different taste.

I do not drink coffee. I am a life long tea drinker.
I've been ordering from Teabox for several years-generally 2 to 3 orders a year. The tea comes vacuum sealed and until this new tariff fiasco it has arrived within about 7 business days and sometimes even faster. The tariffs have slowed down delivery.
What do I like about Teabox?
There is great variety of teas. They are fresh and well packaged with a minimum of waste. While some teas come in fancy packaging, most do not. Teabags are also available. I buy them only if I am traveling.
Teabox is a solid company with excellent tea and customer service.

Teabox sources the finest teas (by far the finest I've ever tasted) and vacuum seals them while they're super fresh. Then, they ship them to you (to me!) quickly.
They have a huge selection of single estate Indian teas, all with their own web page and evocative tasting notes.
Also, their customer service is wonderful - fast, very friendly and efficient.

Shipment was quick.
So many wonderful teas to try. So far I've tried 2 yummy chai teas.
These teas are ALL black teas, in case you were looking for a decaffeinated option.

Order NEVER arrived yet! Stuck in customs in Memphis, TN! Teabox has OT resolved yet!!

The tea is tasty, you can taste the different flavours.

Amazing quality on their tea, they are personal and helpful and they really care about their tea.

I believe that it's fairtrade and that the farmers get paid fairly and have good working conditions

Yeah, I didn't believe in them at first sawing their advertisement and etc, but after purchasing my first teabox after nearly one and half of the year,sawing their advertisement on Instagram, now I purchased. Yes the ingredients were super natural, authentic, real and raw. I'm enjoying each flavour out of their 10 trail packs. Each flavour has a unique taste, they said what they meant as well as the product also.

These wonderfully fresh-tasting chais took me back to my childhood: sitting in my friend's house, watching her mother make Punjabi tea with fresh milk, black tea and spices (shop - bought chai simply doesn't campare). I have to have a good three quarters of an hour to enjoy my Teabox Chai with a good book. I look forward to this moment every day.

Customer Service was awesome. I knew I wanted to order but all the teas are so different I needed some guidance and what I might like given my preferences. I had two different reps who helped me make great choices which was really helpful. And, I was kept up to date when the delivery was pushed back as well.

I tried some of the bundles to see what I thought of them. Some I loved and some were not to my taste. I have bought the Earl Grey several times because I love it. The teas arrive quickly. Over all I'm a very happy customer. Mary

The tea was good, but not exceptional. I’ve been a tea drinker my whole life and have had the privilege of tasting many exceptional teas. I did love the little glass container and the tweezers little too much.$$for the quality not good not bad, not exceptional.

Teabox teas are amazingly fresh, nothing like the regular store bought teas. The delivery is swift and packaged well. Wouldn’t go back to store teas after drinking Teabox!

Each trial tea portion transported you .... every weekend morning was exciting with which tea type to taste and with each sip we smiled!! ... however we had saved the Rasayana Ayurvedic Chai for the last and guess what! it turned out to be the one I loved the most!!! The composition of the herbs and cinnamon in the tea lent a beautiful aroma and lovely freshness of the tea! The medicinal part was something that left us in a pleasant state of mind! Cheers to Teabox on this splendid effort! Am a fan forever! Just purchased more of the Rasayana Ayurvedic Chai can't wait each morning to enjoy it!
