Great tea and quick service

The box of 10 tea samples came quickly and I love the mug and spoon and also the leaflet and doll. I've only tried 2 types of tea so far as I can get 3 mugs of tea from 1 teaspoon by using my glass infuser teapot. The teas are beautiful and flavoursome. I'm very happy with my purchase and I will become a connoisseur of tea by the time I finish all of the samples and know which are my favourites.

Does not reply to emails after they mess up

Company tried to ship through DHL, and when the package was returned to them they will not answer my emails about a refund and just completely ignore me. Entirely unprofessional company and almost seems like a scam

Welcomed the new year, one delightful sip at a time.

Right from discovery of this company to the first sip of the tea I received his been a like a rendezvous, between an old acquaintance and myself.
The packaging was simply wonderful. Cam as promised and I still can't stop staring at the simple but subtle design of the box.
I live on tea, especially Darjeeling tea and on occasional bitter cold snowy days in Pittsburgh, I long for the " kadak" strong Chaa as we call it in Bengali.
The cute title steel tea spoon and the glass tumbler were such delightful additions.
I have also sent a Yeabox of leaf tea collection to my tea loving friend, who s never been to India, as a Xmas gift, and she absolutely loves it.

Thank you for adding so much thought to Tea and tea lovers.

Moving back to tea from being a coffee drinker

I had moved from tea to coffee a few years ago. I had been drinking Rooibos tea, so when I saw the Teabox advert, I was impressed that they don't sell the near ground up tea.
I decided to take their offer of a multi tea trial package+ mug + spoon and strainer.
The package arrived securely packed and I chose a tea and left it to steep. I used honey and I had an enjoyable mug of tea. Still, the coffee has a strong grip on me, but the tea will definitely play an important part of my hot beverages.
Because of the variety of teas, I will be able to make the best choice, according to my taste buds. Couldn't be simpler.

No customer service; with update

There's no customer service. I emailed 5 times about my order and never received any response. This was very disappointing because they claim to be so customer friendly. It took 2 wks to get my order. The tea was very good, but given the high prices and lack of customer service, I won't order again. If you never receive your box, there's no one to correct the problem, and since it comes all the way from from India, a lot can go wrong. I'm in the U.S. Update 1/3/26: to be clear, regarding the teabox response, they did not respond to my emails like they claim. They only sent the initial shipment confirmation when the box was shipped. The tracking information was general and offered no specific schedule. It was after this beginning on 12/29/25 that I emailed customer service and never got a response. I also got a form letter email on 1/1/26 from the ceo asking me to rate the service. It said to also email him directly if a customer experienced problems. So I did on 1/1. Got no response yet as of 1/3.
UPDATE TO REVIEW: As a way of an apology, Teabox did send me a tea sample box, which I did appreciate (thank you). Other than the sample box, I did not get any response to my emails, until today Jan 12, 2025, which was a notice that they had sent a sample box. I would hope their customer service communication improves a lot because that is very important overall, especially because of the great distance, however I will give them another chance. The teas are very good. I am trying different flavors I have not seen before. All good so far. I have not encountered one that I was turned off by. But please improve the customer service department.

Teabox has a wonderful choice of teas

Teabox has a wonderful choice of teas, that will surely suit most tea lovers. Their service is incredible, they explain everything about where the tea leaves are grown, how they are picked to delivery! My first order was for the Chai selection, and I have fully enjoyed these teas. I have recently ordered 4 different teas, which I know I will love. The freshness of the tealeaves are exceptional, giving a great tasting tea.
I shall be a firm customer of Teabox, and fully recommend anyone wishing to try their teas, you will not be disappointed.

Good Tea but terrible Customer Service

I ordered two boxes of Tea, one for my wife and one for my brother for Christmas.

My brothers own arrived in Miami perfectly, however the one for my wife arrived in Scotland with the coffee cup broken.

My wife took photos of all the broken glass and sent it to Teabox. Seven emails later and clearly being given the run around with one pointless questions after the next my wife and I gave up the fight and agreed we will respond no longer, order from them again or ever recommend them.

Rude customer service/ never delivered

Unfortunately my package was delivered to an unsecured location I did not agree on, where it was stolen. I never got a refund even though as a certified lawyer I know I had the right for a refund. The costumer service was really rude and blocked my claims. Can not recommand this brand!! I lost almost 100€. Be careful guys!

According to our records, the order was successfully delivered by the courier to the address provided at checkout, and we shared the official Proof of Delivery with you, including the delivery timestamp and location confirmation.

As the shipment was completed to the correct address and accepted by the courier as delivered, we were unable to process a refund under our delivery policy. That said, our intention was never to be dismissive or rude, and we’re sorry if our communication came across that way.

We recognise how frustrating this situation is. The courier has confirmed delivery and shared proof, which restricts the actions we can take, but we’re sorry for the inconvenience this caused.

Caution

Hard to even tell you about the tea since I am so angry about the relentless bombing of my inbox with incessant garbage email. I made a substantial purchase which was immediately followed by email exhortations to buy more buy again buy buy buy. And when I requested fewer emails, the amount actually increased. And then I got emails requesting that I evaluate their customer service. This is like a really bad boyfriend and at this point I can’t even focus on what the tea would possibly taste like. Do not subscribe to this company do not purchase from this company. Find a better source for your tea, unless you are incredibly lonely and have nothing better to do with your time.

I have loved the chai samplers for myself and as special gifts. I give whole boxes, or individual packets as part of gift baskets. The presentation and artwork are lovely. But the key to Teabox is the freshness of the blends. You can taste each spice and the tea, every time, and the smooth heat from ginger and black pepper is an extra sensation. The BOGO for the sampler is an amazing bargain too.
