I ordered the trial pack. I didn't like the Earl Grey but that's a personal preference. The other teas in the trial pack were all very good, but the Darjeeling Lopchu Flowery Orange Pekoe was so good I immediately ordered a full pack. It is quite simply the best tea I have ever tasted and will make a regular order. So glad I discovered it!

I usually use teabags … easier …. I asked my husband to get me some teabox loose leaf tea for xmas, I have tried every sample I received and love them all !!! The Assam being my favourite !! I have now stopped drinking coffee replacing it with my chai tea ( ordered more since xmas) came really well packaged with a sealed tight pouch to put your loose leaf tea in once you open it !! Fabulous drink I highly recommend it !!

I do love my tea, but loose whole-leaf tea is something very special. My free double-glass mug is beautiful, especially as it was free. (Thank you). I am at present trying all the different beautiful teas in the sample pack to pick out my favourites, so I'll know which ones to order

Received the tea box with the sample teas and cup with the diffuser. We are enjoying the teas and we will definitely be ordering more tea from Teabox. The tea has a genuine fresh taste and it does taste like it was just picked from the tea plant.

I was very interested in this company to begin with, but on closer inspection all is not what it seems... This is a review about Teabox website. Firstly, The initial offer of a flat 70% off is not true. When you take 50% off you get a total, but then taking another 20% off the new lower total only & truly represents a flat 60%. When you take a full 70% off the pre-offer price, then actual total is much less... so % offer not true. Secondly, the rating of 4.7 with 14,263 reviews on the faithful TrustPilot website is also not true, plus Teabox are not allowed to display misinformation about such false statistics. Would you want to buy from a company that can't display the real offer & false reviews... I wouldn't, sorry...

Be patient - it takes a while for your order to arrive but, from someone who never writes reviews, take it from me - the tea is excellent, and worth the wait. Their customer service is also out of this world, refreshingly so and that in itself is worthy of 5 stars. I'm 58, have been drinking tea in "ignorance" all my life and stumbled across this website and thought, I'll give it a go. I'm so glad I did. I wondered why I never drank a full cup of tea, only ever around 1/3 to 1/2 a cup. I realise now it's because the taste was so mediocre, I just didn't fancy it. This tea has me drinking every last drop. It's delicious. Highly recommended.

Good morning! I have a story to tell you about tea. A while back, I was doing a wine tasting in a small liquor store. Everyone told me that the owner didn't like anybody! Well, she took a liking to me!! She asked me if I would like a cup of tea, and of course I told her yes. A little while later, she came back with a cup of tea that looked different from any tea I had tried before. After drinking that cup of tea I ask her about it because it was the best tea I'd ever tasted. She is from India, and it was one of her Chai teas. She gave me the recipe. Anyway, I just tried my first tea from Teabox, and guess what?? It tastes exactly like the tea she made for me!! I am extremely happy with Teabox tea!!!!!!😍😍🤩🤩
I have a problem with caffeine, so I will have to go slow with these, but i'm really looking forward to trying all of the teas.

lovely teas and legit brand. had a few issues with delivery but the team were attentive and understanding and the product was worth it! all the teas are fresh and true to their description and it’s good value for money in my opinion. you can tell these are people that care about their craft.

I was so very attracted to the advertisements for tee box around Christmas, but I really don't know that many people who like tea.. So guess who I got some for Christmas? Me!! I have been delighted from the very start. I have tried all the chai teas from the sampler and must say there are only one or two that were Not absolutely perfection. Each tea may take some time to adjust to the flavor but it leaves me wanting more. The ones that were less desirable were honestly very very good and I'm certainly going to enjoy them as well.
I treated myself to another box of their other samples. I am working my way through and finding that each one is a delight. It certainly doesn't hurt that. I got some stunning tea wear with my order! I feel quite spoiled and wouldn't be surprised if I am no longer a coffee. Drinker.

Teabox has kept communication with interesting little bits that I enjoy getting in my email.

I love that Teabox has sampler boxes so I can explore what teas I like and then order the ones I love.
I have never been a black tea drinker, but I love the masala chais with for spicy warmth, and the Ayurvedic teas sampler is blowing my mind at how much I see that it works. I’m sold!

What can I say about this tea brand, I just have only good experience tasting their wonderful teas. I am a big fan of green teas and I have a couple of favorites which I keep ordering over and over again. Recently started ordering white tea from here and I love drinking champer's holiday. Loved the sublte flavour which instantly energizes me. I have been ordering from 2024. I have one word for this: Love

I decided to treat myself after Christmas and I am very happy with the package that was delivered. I have only tried one variety so far, and it was very pleasing. Jasmine Green Tea is superlative. The taste and flavour is awesome. I drink it every night and it just calms me down after a chaotic day at work.
