Excellent service from the Staff delivered within 1 hour after I made my order what excellent customer service. I would highly recommend this shop, and it was Christmas eve aswell thats how shops used to offer customer service absolute pleasure to buy something from someone who knows how to treat your customers

Top-notch service from a top-notch cigar merchant in London
In the months since I started ordering from TCH London, the experience has been impeccable. If any cigar I've ordered has not been in stock, or any cigar arrived not in peak condition, the replacement has been delivered promptly and personally by Raz the proprietor.
In my nine years of smoking cigars, I've never had such fantastic service from a cigar merchant (and I have had dealings with a number of them, both on these shores and internationally), and I would recommend TCH London unreservedly to any cigar lover.
