Absolutely terrible service avoid at all costs no item 6 days after purchase then demanded refunded from Lee he starts showing me attitude after arguing for ages he finally accepts his mistake and gives me a refund with no apology no nothing Shop elsewhere save yourself the hassle ive been shopping here for quite a while i wouldn't have if I knew they were like this

Relieved that after hours of sifting through scam sellers/looking for red flags on other sites like the ones who steer you away to pay via bank info sent by e mail and using e-commerce as any crook can...to have ordered and received. One cigar was bent though in a sample bag of cubans and 2 of 8 packs was missing for backwoods cigars,they quickly sent these in 2 more days but that didn't meet the 48hr delivery I'd paid for on the full order ,so if I'm knit picking that's why 4 stars.
However, I'm happy that communication was good the whole time and I did indeed get what I paid for. So many fake sites out there, always do ur research guys n gals. But Cheapasmokes is safe 😊. Always smoke in moderation though, with a healthy diet and excercise.

Update per their Google reply...........

I understand you get things "whole sale" or from "the manufacturer/supplier" but......
You physically handle all of the tobacco to weigh it, bag it in a zipper bag, than place it in another pouch to post it!
You would see/notice that the tobacco is DRY, or just "little bits" whilest the packing process! After the first issue in the order, I rang and you said "itv was the end of that batch, I'll open a new one and post it today for next day delivery"
I got it, and it was absolutely perfect!
As "an owner," If you notice a flaw in your
product, contact the supplier/distributor, and get it replaced! They'd always going to be "bad batches!"

It's that judgment call from you specifically is why I will no longer order or recommend cheap smoke again!
I'd prefer to pay the extra £4 for the exact same thing and actually get the FRESH tobacco that's advertised!
If its "not fresh" when you package it, I wouldn't sell it to the customer!
From a successful restaurateur; quality, presentation and customer service is a must! Which your company fails on and is extremely disappointing!

I've ordered from this company every month and is lways the same thing. Pretty fast delivery and USED TO BE very good/fresh tobacco!
Last month, I received my Georgia blend, and it was "shake" (all dried up pieces)
(VERY dry!)
I rang and they sent me another order.

This month, the exact same issue, but I'd say maybe half at most is semi moist/fresh, and the rest is just "the bottom of the jar" kinda tobacco!
I work 12hr shifts until Christmas and don't have the time to deal with serving neck, calling and waiting on new "fresh" tobacco! (Again)

Very disappointed in the lack of consistency!
I found others that do the same product that's the same price range and will try them out the next go around!

The company offers a wide range of tobacco products at very reasonable prices.Delivery is prompt and secure because they use Royal Mail as opposed to some other cheaper services.

Had to buy white tipped cigs for a stage production - ordered the wrong ones and had to sort it out/do some research. Lee at Cheapasmokes was really responsive and helpful. Very impressed with the customer service.
