Quick response to my WhatsApp messages. After 5 minutes, a Tbilisicars employee was already at the airport waiting for me. Three minutes later, we were at the office. He explained everything and showed me the car. After just 10 minutes, I was ready to start my trip! 🙂
The return was just as smooth. All parts of the car were checked, they looked up the system for any traffic fines — none found. Everything was fine, and I got my deposit back. In less than 10 minutes, I was back at the airport.

​We rented a car from Tbilisicars.com in advance. We arrived at night. We never found the car rental desk. We called the Tbilisicars.com service number. There was no answer for a long time. When we finally got through, we were informed that our car had been in an accident and they couldn't provide it to us. We were not informed about the accident until our call. We left the airport by taxi.
​We called again later about the rented car, and we were told that the car was being washed. Ultimately, the car was delivered to us a day and a half later than scheduled.
​When picking up the car, we were not given the vehicle's technical passport (registration certificate), and they said we didn't need it. The car wasn't fully fueled, even though it was stated that the car would be given with a full tank of gas and we needed to return it with a full tank as well. The person who handed over the car said that this was okay.
​While using the car, we were in an accident. As we were driving on the main road, a second car was exiting a courtyard (or driveway) and crashed into the side of our car. In this situation, we were not at fault, but Tbilisicars.com stated that they would take the deposit regardless.
​When returning the car, we waited a long time for the authorized person at the airport. Arriving almost an hour late, they made a claim about the nearly empty fuel tank, even though when we picked up the car, we barely had any fuel and could only just make it to a gas station.
​Our overall impressions of this whole experience are extremely negative. We do not plan to use Tbilisicars.com services again in the future.

Collection for the car was ok. Although online they said they had check in desks at Tblisi airport this is not the case. They will text you and meet you in a car park. They also said due to banking problem it is cash only. I've had this before in Georgia so wasn't too concerned. After a day the tyre pressure warning light came on and we couldn't find anywhere to top them up. Drop off was awful. Our flight was in the late evening, I messaged them at 11:30am that day to request a 6:45pm drop off at the airport and they never responded. In the afternoon I messaged them again, twice, to request 6:20pm. Still nothing. I then called them when we were on the way to the airport (giving them 30 minutes notice). We got to the airport and after messaging they said they will send a representative now and they will be 30 minutes. Outrageous when you have a flight to catch and nowhere to leave the key with a cash deposit to collect. 40 minutes later they turned up and asked if I was dropping the car off a day early (I had previously indicated this time on their website). They then kept asking if I was sure if I paid a deposit. They started pointing out scratches on the car - luckily I had photos of these. They then came with us into the airport because they didn't have the cash and were waiting for it to transfer. At multiple times I considered keeping the key and just losing the deposit as it would have been cheaper than booking new flights. Avoid, very unprofessional.
