A complete scam company!!!!!! Do not rent from them — they are absolutely unreliable. Why? First of all, before arrival they send a message saying they cannot accept credit card payments and that you must have cash both for the car rental and for the deposit (already the first step in a scam scheme). Then they offer full insurance (even though we have worldwide car rental insurance through our platinum credit card, it becomes invalid because Tbilisicars only accepts cash payments). We bought their full insurance anyway (so you feel “safe”), and then they inform you that the insurance only applies if you call the police in case something happens.
After arriving past midnight, we photographed the car from all sides — it was already dented and scratched everywhere, but it drove fine. During the entire trip, we had NO INCIDENTS OR ACCIDENTS at all, and the car spent most of the trip parked in a private hotel garage in Batumi with surveillance cameras.
When we returned the car, we immediately became suspicious because four Tbilicars employees, all holding phones, started acting out a scene pretending to be concerned about our rental car, searching through photos, discussing what to do — even though the car was obviously returned in EXACTLY THE SAME condition as at the beginning of the rental.
Then they asked whether we had photos of the car before taking it. We showed them the pictures we had taken that night. Again, the four employees discussed among themselves how to scam us and pretended that our photos did not clearly show a tiny scratch on the rear bumper. They then announced that they would not return our deposit.
We became extremely angry and wanted to call the police because they were clearly trying to deceive us. They claimed that we should not have continued driving the car once the scratch appeared — even though the scratch had clearly been there long before.
A staged scam. Deposit not returned. Never rent from this company! Even if you have no incidents at all, they will fabricate a situation claiming you caused a scratch and keep your deposit.

Wzięliśmy priusa w amerykańskiej wersji. Auto super, mało pali, wygodne. Super kontakt przez whatsup, pracownicy wszystko wyjaśniają. Brać pełne ubezpieczenie. Mieliśmy szkodę nie z naszej winy, którą ubezpieczenie pokryło.
