Followed the application guides perfectly, had no effect, following session my artist applied the cream, had a tattoo on my leg then went for my neck (where the cream was applied) still no effect. Wouldn’t use again

Used this 3 times now and doesn't work at all, bought the the big tub and my partner also tried it but failed again!

Haven't technically USED it for a tattoo, however I did patch test it and it worked 100%, couldn't feel a thing where I tested it (top of wrist). Lasted from 13:15 to 19:00 but unfortunately I did have a reaction to it hence why I've not used it for an actual tattoo as patch test failed

Send a 2 year out of date Tatoo cream. Won’t even refund me. Joke !

Extremely fast delivery, arrived 2 days after purchase. I've used this cream in the past and it completely numbed the area for 3 hours, it's now the only numbing cream I will use

It worked really well on my collarbone, didn’t feel a thing, but sadly didn’t work on my foot, which was a shame. I would still use it again though! 9/10!

Please be very careful I’ve ended up in hospital after using this cream my leg and chest was on fire extremely red and a rash lots of bumps and absolutely agony and serious bad itching I have got pics but don’t know how to upload I’ve been having dizzy spells and actually passed out yes it worked as far as numbing goes but tbh it’s not worth it I’d rather go through feeling the tattoo than have a week of hell and not sleeping coz of this cream

I have full body suit tattoo , I’ve used many different creams , this one does not work , best go with a different company because your washing your money you will feel everything

I did not receive my cream ,parcel was left on the doorstep. Email company but with no response , NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

First ever tattoo down my spine. Which is meant to be a very painful spot. Only felt vibrations was very shocked didn’t feel a thing. Definitely recommend

Purchased and paid for next day delivery received 5 days late did a patch test with 3 ml don’t waste your money fake as anything applied more and left agin and could still feel avoid avoid avoid won’t allow me to use photo of product but have proof of purchase and product and receipt

Ordered this on the 12th April for my first ever tattoo, writing this on the 20th April the cream still hasn’t arrived an I had my tattoo today without any numbing cream as the company was quick enough to take my money but no updates on when the cream would be arriving and the Royal Mail tracking number didn’t work when trying to contact someone from the company it took days! Will not be using this place again for sure!

Couldn’t ask for a better customer service. Had issues with ordering for next day delivery they upgraded for no extra cost. When issues with evri delivery company, tattoo numbs kept me up to date and. Highly recommend have used before and will keep using

Poor customer service
Still haven’t had confirmation of posting and don’t bother emailing this company because they have the business skills of A 5yr old …. Now I have requested a chargeback from the bank …. Again pathetic communication but took my money straight away …. Personally I advise using many other products and stay away from these clowns will be perusing a fraud claim
