If I could give zero i would. Used in the past with no issues. Last order i ordered 4 tubes ( my wife uses for cosmetic procedures) . Recieved an order numver then nothing. They took the money but no goods. I emailed and messaged 5 or 6 times but never recieved a reply. Its turned into a shambles of a company.
I ended up going elsewhere and recieved within 2 days so it can be done. In short there are better,more reliable companies out there...save your time and money and use them not tktx

If I could give 0 stars I would.. i ordered a 5 pack on the 30th of March, money taken from my account, no email of conformation and no other details.. ive have since filled out 6 different forms of contact on the website and sent over 12 emails to both email address!!! NO RESPONCE!! I'm sick of this now so im going to my bank and filing a fraud claim against you.. DO NOT order from this company the customer service is disgusting, they just scam money off you and never send any products out.

I am only giving them 1 star because 0 stars isn't an option!!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life!!!!

Placed an order and didn't receive any confirmation or order number, the money had gone from my account and after sending 5+ emails to them they didn't even reply once!

I ordered the exact same product from a different, more reliable source for cheaper and that arrived 2 days later.

I asked TKTX to cancel my order and refund my money to which they have totally ignored me and haven't replied to me at all.

I never leave reviews but, I feel like I have to , to try and stop this happening to anybody else.

I get that it's only £20 but, that isn't the point here.

Worst company ever and even worse customer service.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

I have been a victim of extreme fraud while shopping from Tktxstore.com. Their service and honesty are nothing to talk about. They do not give any proper response after ordering and their main goal is to steal the customer's money.

Terrible service shop elsewhere do not shop here you will be wasting your time
I purchased numbing cream on a Sunday evening. I was told 1 to 2 business days on express shipping. Which I paid for.
I’ve contacted Royal Mail today as there is no update with my tracking and they have advised that they haven’t even sent it onto them as yet.
So they lie about the shipping service
You also can’t speak to anyone. You have to email them and get a response within 24 to 48 hours. I’ve sent two emails so far no reply as yet.
I want a full refund from them immediately as I don’t even want the product turning up late!

DONT BUY!!!! Hardly worked at all and after my tattoo 3 weeks later I have to go back for a touch up as it all faded due to the cream and is a big area.not happy

I bought the j-pro numbing cream off TKTX and I could not feel anything I was shocked I didn’t even know the tattooist was tattooing!! Incredible!

Had my first tattoo today used the black numbing cream its brilliant didnt feel a thing best numbing cream you could buy highly recommend if your looking to use for tattoo

Really disappointed in this product

I paid £52.70 for 5 gold tubes and only recieved 2. Despite 5 emails, 3 website contact forms and 2 social media messages ive not heard a thing back.
The cream is a good cream but if customers get ripped off and no one bothers to answer when there is a problem it's an issue. Buy at your own risk!

poor delivery still not received . wont answer emails or customer service

My husband used the gold cream and i used the the yellow one both applied correctly but both creams did absolutely nothing gutted as excepted Better plus we wasted £30

Small tube of cream tktx gold cream @ £15 states works within 25 minutes....I applied at 12 and still no real affect 2 hours later when tattoo started. I found little numbing to my toes/boney bits on my feet. Waste of money in my opinion.

Terrible customer service. I’ve contacted this company on every single platform in order to arrange a return and refund. They have ignored all my correspondence but continue to post on social media

My order was delivered to the wrong house. It was delivered to a completely different road which is not the companies fault but when I made them aware asking for a refund or replacement- they told me to go collect it from the house it was delivered to. 6 weeks have gone by and I've still not received any refund or replacement, they just keep telling me royal mail won't get back to them and I should try retrieve it. They take so long to reply to my emails and its absolutely ridiculous that their solution is for me to go out of my way to get it from a random house that has probably binned my parcel.
I had to put in another order in the end and the cream is rubbish anyway. I bought the strongest and it barely numbed the area and didnt last long. Avoid this company completely.

Only gave 1 star because I couldn't give 0 I got the 4 hour numbing cream put on as instructed 1 hour prior first tattoo I had felt everything second as it had been on for 2 hours worked well for the outline probably got 50 mins of pain free tattooing the rest of the tattoo was horrific it just doesn't work!!!!!! On a delivery is a joke took 5 week to get it no emails were answered just ignored

Do not order it is a scam they take your money and dont reply no matter what you try to do. Please please please do not order.
