Contacted them as after 5 days the delivery was still "In transit to warehouse" contacted them via email to say i want to cancel as the tattoo appointment was farst approaching and then again to say the appointment was following day and the product would not arrive in time

Still had no response to this date and the product has arrived but is no longer needed

I am going to file a charge back with my bank as the product is no longer needed and the emails have been ignored.

Tktx 40% Green . Excellent numbed 90% of it & my tattoo was an enjoyable experience

used it for tattoo and yeah it helps. still feel something but way less. thought it was scam first scam first but guess not lol. service was normal nothing special but ok.

Happy with the cream, fast delivery and a big relief during the most painful spots (knee ditch & back of thigh)

was a bit unsure at first but yeah it works tbh. had a tattoo session and felt way less pain then usual. not 100% numb but big difference. Shipping was ok.

ordering was easy, tracking was a bit weird at first but it arrived. Cream works good if you use it right. Would buy again yeah.

I’ve had mixed results with TKTX. For smaller tattoos or sessions under an hour, the numbing cream is honestly really good – it definitely takes the edge off and makes the start much more comfortable.

I’ve used TKTX before and made sure to follow all the correct preparation steps in advance, so I’m confident it wasn’t down to user error.

However, for longer sessions it didn’t hold up well for me. I recently used it for a 6-inch Greek Medusa tattoo on my inner forearm (stipple shading), and while the first 30 minutes felt great, the numbing seemed to wear off quite quickly. After that, the pain hit all at once and felt more intense than expected.

Overall, I’d say it’s worth using for short tattoos, but for anything over an hour, it might not be as effective – you may be just as well going without it.

Total waste of money. The item arrived the next day, so that wasn't the problem, the problem is that the numbing cream is too small for the price of £15 so next time I'm going to Amazon because I found a cheaper numbing cream in amazon

Fast shipping to AZ and cream really works. I have had 40 hours of chair time for my arm sleeve and this stuff makes a huge difference. I am putting in another order for my next sleeve.

Ich habe die Creme über den Shop tktx.co gekauft.
Der Sendungsverlauf bleibt dann über 1 Monat auf "Daten wurden empfangen" Der Versand ändert sich nicht auch wenn TKTX es anders sagt. Ich vermute dass die Ware nie aufgegeben wird und man so sein Geld los ist. Ich habe unzählige Mails versand, leider wird man nur hingehalten. FINGER WEG!!!!! Kauft lieber bei Amazon eine Creme mit dem gleichen Wirkstoff.

Great company I got scammed of a different site and this company have been really helpful to me to try and sort the situation out and get a refund from my bank

I ordered 2 of the gold numbing cream for my shin and knee tattoo today. I followed instructions and left it on for 3.5 hours before my tattoo. I also applied a thick layer (one full tube and half of the second). Safe to say it didn’t work at all. I then had to sit through my 5 hour tattoo in complete agony. I had already had some of my shin tattooed previously with no numbing cream and it seemed to make the pain worse.

I bought their spray, while you are getting tattoo’ed, and it’s work as charm.

I can’t be tattoo’ed for 4 hours without this spray, so at every future sessions, I Will have the artist to use the spray, as she did last time.

Shipping :

When they shipped my spray, I had the spray after around 36 hrs, even not 48 hrs after.

Faster can’t it be shipped, sent from Germany to Denmark.

Also my packages was sent same day, as I ordred, I ordred 10/11-25, recieved my ordre 12/11-25, 8:47

GLS had my ordre in their terminal, at 10/11-25, 23:10.

So even not 36 hrs, from GLS had my packages, to I had it in my hands.

This was my honest review, wich they deserve.

Delivered on time, tried the 80 gold. Worked way better, and for longer than Emla that i was using before.
With most numbing creams i've tried, still felt pain, but a lot less than without. With that one, when i'm not looking, i'm not even sure if the tattooist is actually doing anything :)
As for all those who complain, i just think there's too many fakes around, just make sure you order from the original website that's all.

I just started my back tattoo and thanks to TKTX we finished almost all of lineart in one pretty short session. I didn't feel ANYTHING which was kinda scary, I didn't expect it to work that well, but I am so happy it did, it helped my tattoo artist so much.
