After completely wasting my time trying a couple of local plumbing merchants searching for replacement cartridges to fit an essentially basic mixer tap, I came across tap magician, online. Job done!

Positives: the sales team are helpful and knowledgeable, but...

Negatives: my experience of returning an incorrect part, which I had ordered was poor.
Despite returning the part (unused and untried) Tap magician emailed saying the returned part was damaged. A blatant lie. I replied with a photo of the undamaged part taken prior to its return. I did not receive an apology from Tap magician. PayPal agreed with my claim and issued a refund. I'm astonished a company of Tap Magicians standing would risk its reputation with such shoddy behaviour

Ordered my cartridge on line at 2.00pm on Wednesday and they were delivered at 1.00pm on Thursday.
An excellent service and I am sure the Telecons would be just as helpful.

Excellent product and was given good advice when I rang. Sometimes a little slow to respond to e-mails, and small cartridge for which I paid £3.99 for 1st Class postage took 3 days to arrive but I suspect that was Royal Mail rather than Tap Magician.
Have used this company before and would definitely use them again.

I found Tapmagician while looking for a replacement ceramic disc cartridge for the hot tap that was dripping. They provided all the tools required for the job if needed and a YouTube video to walk you through the experience.

Amazing service that was made even better when the replacement cartridge started to drip, I contacted them, and they promptly worked with me to resolve the issue and sent out a replacement cartridge under warranty immediately, no lengthy discussions or complaints. Found these guys by looking for YouTube videos to learn how to change a 1/4 turn ceramic valve in my kitchen mixer tap. Decided to do both hot and cold. Ordered parts Friday, there were delivered Saturday, fitted them per the videos on Sunday.

Easy to identify the part we needed. Just entered the tap details as shown on our kitchen invoice. Great price for a pair of tap cartridges plus p&p. Arrived earlier than expected so really pleased. The email for the order confirmation also gave details of how to confirm the right parts were received for our particular tap. All good, so went ahead. They even offer the service of technical advisors if needed. Thankfully, we didn’t. Cartridge fitted, water turned back on, drip has now been sorted. We ordered a pair, just incase, but only used the 1. Other cartridge for the hot tap retained just in case. Thank you Tap Magician for great all round service and a speedy delivery. Would definitely use Tap Magician again if we need anything regarding taps.

Bought spares for Carron Phoenix Alba tap. Parts provided were excellent. Price & delivery were very good. Would use again if needed & would recommend this company

I ordered some replacement Bristan tap cartridges to hopefully fix a leaky tap, which initially they did. However the tap started to leak again 8 months later. Although initially advising me on how best to try and rectify the problem which would have meant calling back a plumber Hannah kindly said she would send out a replacement set. No quibble. Very efficient, pleasant and top quality customer service. I can highly recommend TapMagician.
