Very fast, delivered in less than 24 hours Royal Mail first class post, CD cartridges for Bristan tap which Bristan themselves had been unable to commit to a delivery time for the previous 3 weeks.

Plus they were incredibly patient with me when I rang up with a number of quite stupid questions (due to a installing without my glasses on & not reading the literature)!

Recommend highly & will definitely use again!

Tap magician identified and supplied the parts needed to fix my Carron Phoenix Dante tap with superb efficiency. The fitting instructions were very helpful too. The parts fitted perfectly and now my tap does not drip. It saved me a big bill from the plumber.

Wow! what a briilant company! I had an odd ceramic disc cartridge to replace on an obsolete hot basin tap.
went onto their web site and enterted the details/dimentions into their chat line, and had a positive responce in minuets.
This enabled me to place an order, and within two days the new cartridge dropped through my letter box. It fitted perfectly leaving me and my customer very happy. Well done Tap Mgician Team

I used this company 5 years ago for replacement kitchen sink cartridges, instead of going to the expense of a new tap. They fitted perfectly, and when the cold side started dripping a bit recently, I was happy to use Tapmagician for replacement cartridges again. Their cartridges are well made, arrived very quickly and fitted perfectly. I think multiple uses of the cold tap per day and yet working well for 5 years tells a lot about reliability. Great service, heartily recommended!!

Confidence that the bits would fit as I was sure that I had the model name right so no faffing about measuring. Quick postage and easy to return had I needed to (unlike other places that may be very slightly cheaper).

Needed bath tap cartridge, send them measurements, and pictures, they found the right one and dispatched same day, next day I received it, fitted and no more leaks from tap.

Excellent help & advice from customer service re. parts for Franke Wave tap. The STBOX-S Cartridge Box Spanner 14mm 17mm worked perfectly to free off and remove stuck cartridge and to install the replacement. Also the SA03-S Handle Adapter gave a very precise movement to the handle.
