Excellent and reliable service received from Tap Magician. The original tap cartridges I purchased from them became faulty after 4 months and they have replaced it promptly at no cost.

I can not praise Tapmagician highly enough. I needed to replace a faulty on/off cartridge for a shower installed 18 years ago. I’m not a plumber so didn’t really know what I was up against . None of the major plumbers merchants could help nor could other on line suppliers

I bought two quarter turn tap valves from Tapmagician (Bristan Cashew type) and although they fit the tap body, they are not quite the same as the originals. The caps which fit over the valve are now too close to the body of the tap and make the operation tight as there isn't any gap.
I'm unsure as to why this is as the overall size is the same. The central flange is not as thick as the original and the socket size is smaller, I presume to save money.
Bristan don't seem to sell any spares, certainly none on their website, so you are stuck with these aftermarket parts.

I bought a tap cartridge which from the off didn't seem right (too stiff) and then after 6 months started to leak. I then phoned their help line. No question about why I didn't raise a concern when I installed the cartridge they just sent a replacement which arrived 48hours later and fixed the problem. I wish every company was this easy to deal with!

I had a leaking mixer tap in the kitchen and I had no clue on how to fix it. I didn’t even know the handles just pull off to get to the cartridge!

I found this website and found my tap and was amazed at all the parts and tools they have for it and all the info on how to fix it!

I ordered the cartridges and was able to fit them myself saving probably £100+ on a plumber coming out to do it. Of course for my serious jobs I would get a plumber, but for jobs like this, this website is amazing!

Excellent Service. Needed some replacement cartridges for my "Ikea" bathroom taps. Found that Tapmagician could supply these, After some advice from them, I placed my order yesterday afternoon.
They were delivered this morning !! WOW. They also provided a video link with full instructions how to remove old and replace the new. EXCELLENT. Had the taps repaired in no time. NO DRIPS and NO PLUMBERS. Only the cost of the cartridges. THANK YOU
