My battery went wrong under guarantee and you have to send it back at your own expense absolutely disgusting and they have zero customer service skills, so Rude, if I spoke to customers like that I would be sacked will never deal with them again.

Just got my new battery, great quality and great prices, I will always use Tanya batteries as a few years ago when my mother passed away I was at her house and my battery died, it was still under warranty so I called Tanya batteries to organise a replacement, I explained I was at my recently deceased mothers house and they delivered a new battery the next day. Absolutely fantastic service

Yodel messed up the delivery, I'd tracked the delivery all day to 200yds away, waited to see the vehicle arrive, nothing, then the online status declared I wasn't in so a card was left!! Impossible. Immediately chased it up with Yodel, advised it would automatically be delivered the next day, wasn't, and wasn't even out for delivery!!! Took it up with Tayna, Megan organised the refund of the delivery fee as a gesture of goodwill, greatly appreciated, they shouldn't have to pay Yodel for an unfulfilled service, then it finally arrived the next day. Driver claimed the sat nav couldn't find me previously, but didn't have an answer when I asked so how did it manage it without issue this time?!?! I hadn't received a missed delivery card either, impossible as he couldn't find me, and I was told it's a Yodel default status message!!! What rubbish. Poor service Yodel.

Tayna though are truly a very proficient, professional company, with excellent prices, who I can't recommend highly enough.

So don't even consider looking for a battery elsewhere, as you won't beat Tayna for service and price.

Ordered battery 3pm friday, delivered 930am next day. Yet again excellent price with a superb service to match. This isnt a one off, this is the norm when i use these guys

If you battery goes bad during its guarantee period you have to send it back at your expense to be tested before they even consider sending a replacement .

Avoid - use local motor factors / Halfords might pay a bit more but far simpler guarantee process

Ordered a battery at 3:45 on line and it was delivered at 10 am the following day. I doubt even Amazon could do better than that. Superb transaction, as always. Many thanks for putting the systems in place to provide such a good service.

Their service is not as advertised. I run a motorcycle workshop and have around 1000kg of scrap lead acid batteries. They apparently don't collect these despite advertising otherwise on their website. So glad I wasted my time. Next time I'll go catch steam in a sieve.

I have used Tanya for a while and have always found them to be very good.

In April 2022 I purchased a new Yuasa battery for a motorbike of mine ….no problems initially but early August I went to go to work and the bike was dead, I hadn’t ridden the bike for just over a week and thought it odd as it’s always on an Optimate charger …..tried to recharge battery and checked that the Optimate was working fine which it was and still is, anyway the Yuasa wouldn’t charge so I got in touch with Tanya who were quite good in suggesting some alternative ways to recharge the battery.

Nothing unfortunately worked and they asked for the battery back to see if they could resolve, four to five days passed and they sent an email (very polite) telling me basically it’s knackered and somehow it’s my fault ……I can’t understand how a battery that’s three/four months old that’s maybe not been charged (was on Optimate) for a week can be knackered.

It’s not the money as the battery wasn’t expensive it’s just all the rubbish in between for a pretty crap outcome.

Would not recommend.
