On the web site it clearly said that order next 52 minute for next day delivery. I have double checked via their whatsapp chat and was promised next day delivery. it arrived 4 days after I have placed the order. Misleading delivery times.

Sadly DPD failed to deliver my battery today as they couldn't find me and their system does not allow me to put my location in using whatthreewords as it says I am too far away from where they think I am despite my instruction in my address.
Can't use Tanya any more if they use DPD
Update:Another day and DPD failed to deliver again despite the fact I was in all the time. I have asked Tanya twice now to refund my money but so far they too have failed to do that.

Fantastic service! Ordered Saturday, expecting it to be delivered Tuesday! But in fact it was delivered Monday afternoon!
Excellent price and in future I will be using and recommending Tanya batteries to all! Battery itself, exactly what was ordered and fitted my motorcycle exactly!

Ordered a battery from Tanya on Sunday afternoon. It arrived the next day (Monday) at 10.30am. It was well packed and the correct model and the price was the best I could find on the internet (which, whilst still massively more expensive than previous battery orders, is still reflective of current market prices). The van it was fitted to started first time with the new one installed. So a very happy customer. David

I use Tanya batteries whenever I need a battery. There is always a large choice within different price ranges, the prices being very competitive. The last battery I purchase was 2 thirds the price of other retailers and delivery is always prompt.

Well it arrived at 9am this morning & I've fitted it.
Can't fault these guys, I always buy Yuasa.. & these were cheaper than the one I bought 4 years ago at Halfords. It's personal preference I always change batteries at 4 years even though the guarantee is 5 years.
At that money it's not worth risking after 4 winters 🥶 Well done Tanya...

Just used them again and new AGM battery delivered next day as promised. Extremely well packed. I'm really impressed with this company. Used them many times over the years. Highly recommended!

I needed help figuring out which battery to order and the team at Tanya Batteries were very helpful with this. Unfortunately, for reasons too mundane to elaborate on, I wasn't able to use the battery in the end. I contacted the team again who helped me find a reliable courier to return it and I was given a full refund! Sterling service from the team at Tanya Batteries. I know where I'll be ordering my car batteries from in future.

Ordered 2:15 on Friday and arrived the next afternoon 20 mins into the 1 hour slot I was given. The Engine is now purring (more like roaring) away. It's great knowing that as my batteries start to die, I can replace them so quickly.

Terrible company with false advertising regarding returns. I bought a battery via Amzon from Tanya Batteries. It says returns allowed on the listing but there is basically nowadays no UK courier you can get to ship the item back. I have spent hours and hours on this problem. You cant use Evri Royal Mail Yodel DPD Local UPS nor Fedex. I have spent actually days trying to find someone to use.They wont tell me a company to use so you cant send it back. It should say clearly returns will be impossible to transport back to us. Tanya dont care -they are not bothered in any way about helping me - they got the money and now it is not their problem. Terrible customer "services" - rude and brash. They are quite two faced in that they said they are happy to sell me another battery to me but cant help this problem they made for me - they take the money but thats all they are interested in. It should say clearly returns not accepted. There is a safety risk about transporting car batteries that this company is totally misrepresenting. Really really bad company. Absolutely terrible company I would only ask other people not to give them your money. I don't like to leave bad reviews but there is nothing good you can say about this company.

Wow..ordered this at 4pm on Friday and it arrived 915am Saturday faster than amazon and well packaged, I don't know why I have not bought my car batteries from them before I am very happy. I must admit I was sceptical about buying on line but seriously nothing to worry about fantastic guys cheers

i was told about the company from an rac man and it was a fast and good delivery and a decent price

Ordered battery on Thursday for next day delivery.. slight surcharge.
Delivery issues with designated company and wasn't delivered until Monday.
At least able to talk to someone on the phone to help resolve the issue on a Saturday.

After claiming price match policy I was told they don't work on a Sunday. On Monday I received this:

"We always offer a price match but in some occasions we are just unable to match them at that time, apologies on that and hope you have a great day"

I obviously asked at the wrong time!!!

Took my payment immediately when ordering 2 x batteries for my van but then informed me that they wouldn't have these in stock for weeks. Poor communication but they did void the transaction. I then had to wait for my bank so without money for over a week.
Load of mither for taking payment for something they couldn't supply.
I'll never use or recommend them. Poor attitude and no alternative offered.

Excellent service, battery ordered at 15:49 on Sunday and delivered on Monday morning. Also very competitive pricing for a branded battery. All companies should try and match the quality of service of Tanya Batteries.

Made an order Friday evening 16:30 to be delivered to a campsite in Barmouth wales. I had my battery at 12:00 next day not only was the service great the price was the best I could find thanks guys 👍🏻👍🏻

Great purchase and company. Battery I ordered was cheapest on internet and arrived the following day. Great service.

Delivered next working day every time and cheaper than the larger wholesalers and motor factors.
Even if Tanya cost more I would still buy from them and I'm a tight a*#e !!
