Ordered a car battery on Sunday and it arrived the next day, on Monday! That is amazing service. Also, virtually half the price of buying from Halfords.

Would definitely recommend.

Ordered new batteries for me & my wife's travel scooters yesterday, paid for next day delivery and they arrived this morning just before 10:00am. Great service.

But very disappointed that they do not offer Disabled people who are VAT exempt when purchasing new batteries for their mobility equipment which ended up costing me £24.56 extra in VAT, There should be a tick box to declare their disability so you would not have to pay VAT like the completecareshop have, who sell mobility scooter batteries.

Excellent service, the battery arrived within 48 hours and after I initially ordered the wrong type of battery they advised on the correct replacement again delivering it within 48 hours and giving me a full refund on the first battery despite the mistake being mine.

Ordered an Exide battery, it came two days later. It was very well packed and was actually sealed in a vacuum bag. Fitted and I was away again. Battery would have benefitted from a full charge which I could have done more easily when I got it out the box but it still started the car well. The spec of the battery CCA and AH was slightly higher than standard and the one from Jaguar it replaced, price which included delivery was very competitive,

Terrible company. I ordered a battery on, Saturday night, told it would arrive Tuesday. Nothing. Told it would arrive Wednesday... Nothing. No reply from anyone either.
Avoid this cowboy company.
Expect a refund.

Bought a branded battery from them after making a few comparisons online. Not only was this the best value source, but the battery was shipped the same day and arrived the bext day by early afternoon - although I only paid for 1-2 day shipping. Excellent service - Thanks

I bought a battery from tanya in October and unfortunately due to a manufacturing fault it failed on me by the following July
They were 100% helpful and professional through out the refund\replacement process .
I have bought several batteries of of this company over the years and can not fault them so 6 stars from a very very satisfied customer

Bought a battery from these guys, after 5wks it was flat. Contacted them. They said to return, but warned that if their tests showed the item wasn't faulty, I'd be liable for return shipping. Wasn't happy about 'non-independent' testing. Bought another battery elsewhere, it's been fine for 3mths. Draw your own conclusions ?

CTEK MXS 5.0 12V Charger
I was looking for a CTEK MXS 5.0 Charger, my first look was Amazon but I read in the reviews that customers were having trouble in the first 2 years they had to go through Amazon if there was a problem even though the charger has a CTEK 5 year guarantee and Amazon were not the best with there customer service , I contacted CTEK and they said that they would contact Amazon to remind them of there 5 year guarantee, but CTEK said if there was a problem with the company (Amazon) to go directly to CTEK and they would sort it out. So I ruled out Amazon.
I then found Tayna Batteries, there CS was one of the best I have come across online and with very competitive prices. They were also given discounts to Blue Light card owner and as I am a Veteran I have a Defence Discount Services card which is a part of Blue Light card, so I sent proof of my card and they gave me the same Discount.
There delivery was very quick.
So good price, good CS, quick delivery can only mean 5 star.

Had a problem with a battery supplied and contacted Tanya. They could not do enough to help with a replacement sent within a day.

Ordered a battery and must admit it was nice to see that battery was dispatched within two hours. I did have some issue with courier company and Tanya battries helped me sort that too. Highly recommeded service and will defintely use again.

I bought a battery but never realy had chance to use it properly due to the lockdown situation. But after contacting the customer service department about my problem it was sorted within hours and I received a replacement due shortly .
This has been one off the best service I have received from an eBay seller and would recommend them for anyone wishing to replace a battery at a good price with good service to boot .

Never knew such a fast, reliable and informative service exist, especially during the current issue (covid-19).
