Great service
I've just bought some new monitors from SX Pro. Both Dale and Neil were extremely helpful, arranging a visit and setting up a range of monitors for me to compare which helped enormously. Very pleased.

Amazing service. Had a brand new product within 48hrs.
I've never dealt with SX Pro before but I rang them to see if they had the Studiologic SL 88 Grand MIDI controller. As of time of writing, they're a brand new product with low stock in Europe. Neil Varacliotis answered the call and even though he hadn't heard of the product before he said 'leave it with me'. Next day he rang back to say he could get me one with next day delivery! Sure enough, it was on my doorstep at 10am the next morning.
Very personable, normal person to chat with, no script reading call-centre types over at SX Pro! Looking forward to using their services again.
