Still haven’t received a Order I placed on the 21 July sent emails messages on what’s app to find out where my order was after days of messaging finally got told my order was missing and would receive a replacement which am still waiting for so unless your willing to wait ages for a order that doesn’t turn up and days for a reply th3n shop elsewhere

Ordered the item on 31st May .delivery was supposed to be by Yodel who made no effort to deliver it , they finally returned it back to Swollit on 18th June.This item was intended to be a birthday present and I had to find a different item at the last minute.

So I placed an order for a bag for ascot which i have done before and been happy , however his time the bag will be delivered after the event which is so sad as your design of bags are amazing ! I placed the lede on the 4th June ans my nag is being delivered on the 21st June . My event is the 17th therefore sadly I will have to return the bag!

Exactly what I wanted and delivered a day earlier than expected.

I’m happy with my new bag

I ordered a Betsy and Floss bag in rose gold on Wednesday night. I opted for next day delivery as I had a wedding to attend on the Saturday. Two days later and still no bag. I checked my bank account and the money had been deducted by Betsy and Floss however I still hadnt recieved an email confirmation for the order. When I logged into my account my order was shown unfulfilled. I sent a WhatsApp message on their contact page which estimated a wait time of a couple minutes. Almost an hour late I receive a phonecall to say that the bag is out of stock and nothing has been sent. I now have no bag for the wedding tomorrow and no time to order or purchase an alternative. Very disappointed by Betsy and Floss poor communication and by the fact they took my money for a product which wasn't even in stock.

Have ordered many bags for my personal use over the last few years and have never experienced any problems at all. Ordering is easy and delivery is fast.

Ordered 2 bags, to replace one i was given as a gift over 10 years ago, which has finally git a bit to scruffy. They arrived very quickly and well packaged. Love the choice of colours and the Italian leather is excellent quality. Customer service is great. Definitely recommend both the bags and the seller.
Lots of thoughtful places in the bag for all your stuff. Ideal as can be used as a shoulder or handbag and safely as a back pack, as security feature in how it is converted, leaving your hands free and you feel your purse, etc are safe

I have bought quite a few of these bags on for myself and Summers gifts. They are really good quality, and lovely colours mainly, where there have been issues the return has been easy, and communication has been helpful and Clear many thanks.

Can't fault the quality of these bags and the customer service. Although I initially received the wrong bags in error, this was rectified very promptly by Mike via WhatsApp link on their website - returns label issued and correct bags sent out promptly. I've ordered before and came back to this supplier due to excellent quality of leather bags at a very reasonable price. The leather smells amazing! Very happy and would recommend.
