Still waiting for goods
Purchased âŹ120 worth of items from seller on 4th September and received purchase receipt. Emailed them on the 14th September as I had not received any emails stating items were on their way. They said they would look into this and I am still waiting for further information on what has gone wrong. Not great customer service. I have purchased many EU items this month and they have arrived from Spain and Germany in plenty of time.

Short wetsuit
I really like the short wetsuit I bought, however I felt the sleeves were a bit loose but everywhere else fitted well.

Love this company's products!
To date, I have the long-sleeved wetsuit, the bootees, gloves and now the fleece. The quality is exceptional, the Velcro bands on the bootees and gloves are brilliant and the wetsuit is flexible, warm and ideal for colder days. The fleece is extra cuddly and it's hard to resist keeping it only for post-swims!

Poor quality and customer service
Gifted the swim club snug to my sister as a birthday present on the 26th June and after a couple of days of wear the zip broke, emailed the company twice but no response. Delivery was quick and the actually snug was lovely just a shame thereâs no response from anyone when it breaks after very little use.
