I recently ordered and received a Swimclub mini wet suit which I need to change. I sent an email requesting details of how to exchange/return item to yourselves, early last week and I still have not received a response!!!!

Ordered my gloves and socks almost 10 days ago. Got a lovely enthusiastic message, a slightly annoying Americanish 'we appreciate you'. Was informed I'd receive a further message when the items were dispatched. Since then a complete blank - I've repeatedly emailed but have had zero response. Blank silence. Nothing has arrived. I'm calling my bank today to retrieve my payment and report this as a scam business. No mercy.

ADDENDUM: a few hours after posting this review I received a notification that my items had been dispatched. Perhaps someone is reading the reviews but not bothering to answer emails! In any event I won't be buying anything else from these people.

Excellent product and timely arrival

Still no communication from this company. They take your money but ignore you when you need to return an item.

I returned an item because it didn't fit two months ago and have been emailing them at least once a week ever since and still haven't received a refund or a reply

Great product (a snug), at a good price and the item was delivered quickly. I am happy to recommend Swim Club and would defintely purchase from them again.

Quick and fast delivery.
Got the wrong size product but they had the correct size sent to me the following day along with the sticker to cover posting the return.

Site is easy to use. Super quick delivery. My two items are excellent. I purchased swim socks and they were great quality and the velcro part to secure the sock is so handy. I also ordered the swim jacket in medium and it was a perfect fit, nice and snug. I cannot imagine sea swimming in the winter without these now. . . Just wish I had gotten them sooner!

I have emailed swim club 4 times as I speak I’ll haven’t received my items.
They have not got back to me.
I am very disappointed.

Ordered item on 25/12/25. Dublin delivery. Jan 08/01/26, still not arrived. I reached out by email and Instagram for updates and received no reply. Disappointed as I chose this due to reputation and Irish ownership and great reviews. I understand Christmas might be a down time but communicating this to customers would go a long way.emails asking for reviews when I still have not received the item or received replies makes it a very non human experience

Really poor customer service. I returned a swim jacket on 11/12/25. A Post tracking reported delivering it on 15/12/25.
I have emailed looking for confirmation that they received the package and have yet to receive a reply. I’m still waiting on my refund. Very bad service, would not recommend

Do not buy from this company. I ordered a jacket as a gift and checked their refund policy before I bought. It clearly stated things could be sent back within 28 days. However there only information was to return via parcelhub their parcelhub is not working and nobody answers any emails at all. If you message their social media page they will answer but will not do anything as they say they do not work in the company they just handle social media. Ridiculous customer service , wouldn't even mind if I didn't get a refund but they could have the decency to respond to their queries. Really disappointed
