Order finally arrived but it was the incorrect size eventhough they said the order was updated before it was sent. Sent a couple of emails since but again no response from swimclub. No names or contact numbers provided. Very frustrating to deal with.

I ordered and received my swim jacket within 3 days after I added a note to say I was hoping to have it for my 1st winter sea dip. Thanks so much for that extra good customer support! The jacket is a great addition for a cold sea dip and so easy to put on and remove and rinse out afterwards.

I ordered the swimclub snug and it is the best thing. Super soft inside and warm. I wear it daily because I don't want to wear another jacket. It is the perfect length and not to bulky while still being roomy (ordered S. I am 1.68m, XS/S). Fast delivery including an extra tote bag. Will definitely buy more from the brand.

I decided late(very late) on what I could get for my wife for Christmas, I ordered a few bits late at night on the 22nd and sent a message explaining the urgency. The guys got back to me so quickly, it was picked, packed and dispatched and delivered on the morning of the 24th.
Amazing service, the quality of the Snug and the shorty wetsuit is superb.

To date, I’ve bought 5 of the Swim Club snugs with my first being well over two years ago. The quality of my original is like new despite regular use. Each one I’ve gifted to friends & family since has been of equal quality and everyone is thrilled with theirs. The colours stand out and the warmth & comfort are amazing. I’d highly recommend Swim Club products. Customer service was great when discussing sizes and everything was delivered quickly. Great business & a great experience overall.

Great product but need to return as too small & no one is responding to my emails asking where to return to & what the process is!

I bought gloves at Gifted which were the wrong size. Dan got back promptly and said he will send the larger size. I offered to return the original pair but he said I could keep them and find a good home for them. Very much appreciated and great customer relations. Helen
