Awful experience
Aftering odering a wetsuit which did not fit me at the start of Jan 2024 I returned and requested refund. This took most part of a month
I then stupidly thought I wanted to support Irish !!! I ordered a size below
Over a month later I have yet to receive my order !!! Customer service awful and they are now blaming me and customs!!! I am in the uk total rubbish OMG!!!
I HAVE REQUESTED A REFUND THEY SAID NO !!! I have not received wetsuit I paid in full for!!!
DO NOT TRUST ABSOUTLEY AWFUL

Great Products. Slow comms, email issues
Amazing products - I’ve been using my snug weekly since purchase. I ordered two sizes and returned one in December. I’ve been notified that the return has been received but I am still awaiting a refund. I have also not received a response to any of my emails to hello@swimclub. UPDATE: Swim club have now responded and were apologetic and had processed my refund which was retuned to my bank account today. They have issues with Hotmail accounts so bear that in mind. Again, I cannot fault their products - just an unfortunate experience with emails getting lost. Otherwise a very happy customer.

Great product and fast delivery
Great product and fast delivery. 4 family members gave or received items from Swim club this Christmas and we were all delighted with them. I tried out my new long sleeve togs on Christmas Day and they were just superb and so comfy as well. Makes a difference having arms covered to preserve a bit of heat as well. Highly recommend!

Swimclub sung
I bought the swimclub sung, really great snug great quality and reasonably priced. It was posted really quickly, I ordered it Wednesday evening and had it by that Friday. All in all really happy with my order, would definitely buy more products from swimclub.

Lack of customer service
In early November I bought the fleece in large but it was much too small. I sent it back for a refund which I still haven't received. I bought the fleece in extra large in late November but again it was much too small. I sent it back also for a refund which I still haven't received.
I choose this company because they are Irish. I sent four emails and received no response. All I can say is "BUYER BEWARE"!!!

Excellent service.
I love my dryrobe. Swim club have excellent customer service. They respond to queries quickly, and they support you in deciding what product best suits you. What I love about it is that it is not too bulky like some well known brands. This makes it possible for me to carry a backpack.
Being lighter it is easy to wash and dry.

No problems at all
No problems at all, item as described, quick postage. The only reason I’m giving 4 instead of 5 stars is that I find the zip on the robe a bit catchy, but maybe that is due to the oversized nature of the garment. That’d be my only critique. Lovely robe, though. Great to get into after freezing in the water 😂

Chilly downpour front and back!
I have just bought my second shortie wet suit. I love ❤ them both. My only quibble is that unlike my pal's wet suit it has a low neck and the very cold water pours down my front and back inside my wet suit which is quite the chill factor in the winter!🏊🏊
