My first order
My first order. Faulty goods delivered. Delayed also. Their expectation is that I return the faulty goods on my expense, while I also organize the delivery myself. They consider it to be a return, I consider it to be their responsability to replace the no good item. Wish I have paid more attention to the retur policy before ordering.

The size of the swimming suit was right, the material that it's made of is exactly as advertised. The delivery was even faster than initially promised! Great experience! Definitely recommend and will purchase a new swimming suit soon.

Leider schlechte Erfahrung gemacht
Leider schlechte Erfahrung gemacht. Der Service gefällt mir überhaupt nicht. Die Kommunikation zieht sich in die Länge, ohne, dass sie für den Kunden zielführend gestaltet wird.
Ich bleibe jetzt nach 2-monatigen Kommunikation auf meiner undichten Brille sitzen.
Ich bewerte ungern negativ, aber hier geht es einfach nicht anders. Hier bestelle ich nie wieder.

we are so sorry, that deliver takes to long but we sent your package ASAP.
Please be avare that we send our products from Prague, Czech Republic and it takes time until it arives to Norway.
The package is already sent, so if you don't want to take it, the delivery service will send it back to us and when it arrives we will contact you and refund your money.

In case you made a payment after the time limit please send us a confirmation on info@swimaholic.eu so that we can put your order back in the system. Finally received my item, ordered 18th December paid extra for the postage £10!! and still didn't arrive until 7 days later.
Communication was good with the online chat.
disappointed with postage costs and delivery time, wish i had only paid the cheaper option.
