I was apprehensive about using movers but Swift made the process so simple. The guys on the day were great. They had quite a big job to do but nothing was a problem for them. Everything was packed and moved with care and consideration. The best part was having things put back together like the bed, cot, sofa etc so so so helpful!

Very efficient throughout the process with a competitive price. The team worked hard when packing and unloading and Rich, Harry, Kaleb and Nick were always courteous and polite. I do not hesitate to recommend.

All round excellent service, swift response to quotes, invoices, and team on time as agreed. Caliub and Curtis who carryout out the heavy lifting were polite, eager to get it right and handled our furniture with care. Was a brilliant experience all round.

Given the other positive reviews I'm really shocked that we had such an awful experience. Crew Turned up 45 mins late citing traffic but I had already travelled to Cheltenham and Back that same morning and had no issues. Moaned and groaned from the moment they got to the house. Damaged washing machine as refused to let me put in transport bolts. Carried piano on its side! Second crew that came to help were brilliant but VERY poor service from the first crew. Was over £500 more expensive than all other companies quotes that we've used before. Had argument with the crew lead at one point, when he refused to dismantle my dining table despite me having paid for it to be dismantled. The way they were carrying it was by non weight bearing legs. Because they were late, they didn't finish on time and we ended up having to move stuff from the rear to the front of the house ourselves. As I was recovering from a serious back issue and was being treated for cancer at the time, this was appalling that we had to do this. We managed to get key in to estate agent 13.59. 1 minute before we started to be charged. We had to leave belongings at the house - even then they left a large planter that we have taken from house to house. Would not recommend this crew albeit the second crew were fab. No matter what response they give this was our experience and its was awful. I'm not sure which area they came from although it was a 01684 439585 number so think it was the Malvern or Gloucester crew. Simon, Jason and Jack were the three crew members that came - it was a 4 bed house with double garage and garden planters/plants. 3 crew was not enough. Jeremy Britten was the lead manager. Even found unable to communicate properly with customers - rather he would state info, quickly and as if reading off a script and not relatable. It was a very very bad service. I think the other crew were led by Dave - they were brilliant and hard workers, jolly and got on with the job. So hats off to them. Simon, Jason and Jack should take a leaf out of their book frankly.

We had the cleaning team in and they were awesome. Absolutely brilliant and such a good idea. They were hard working and left the house spotless. Nothing was too difficult for them.

Haven't reviewed until now because of cancer treatment but still feel really let down months on and so I hope that this feedback gets back to the crew and they think twice before behaving like that again. And also praise to the other crew and cleaners.

Dreadful experience with this company. Sadly sentimental items were not packed properly and were broken, items were lost which were of sentimental value as well. Dalian, Harry and Lewis were the saving factor in this horrendous experience. Would certainly not recommend them to any friends or family.

Great experience moving with Tyrone and Harry - they were upbeat and positive throughout, nothing was too much trouble. We didn't feel rushed at any point and they were very careful with our belongings. Before the move organising and then having to move the date was straightforward and the boxes and packing materials provided were excellent. Thank you Harry and Tyrone and Swift removals. Highly recommend.

Came round to give us a quote very quickly, super lovely guy (sorry can’t remember your name!). The cheapest quote we got. We got the removals with packing. Everything was excellent. Stuff delivered and unpacked. The guys packing and unpacking (Davo and Rich) were lovely as well and super fast. Couldn’t believe how smooth it all went. Very pleased with the service and would recommend.

Swift removals did a great job for us as we had to put the furniture in storage, Eddie and Jack did a smooth move for us witch went quite seamless ,they stored it for 8 weeks and then delivered to our new property with no problems or hassle and made it stress free for my wife and me ,many thanks Sue and Graham.

The build up to the move was delayed a couple of times but Swift were able to accommodate these despite the move being over a weekend. The loading team were very good and competed in a timely fashion. 300 miles and two days later the unloading duo were able to place the furniture and boxes as requested - Good result all round.

Quality of staff, attention to detail, forebearance under stressful circumstances, cheerfulness throughout.

We were very pleased with Swift Removals. Danny visited to assess the move and provide a quote and he exuded confidence that everything would go smoothly and that we would be looked after. We thought the quote was good value for money and we liked the fact that boxes and packing materials were provided free of charge. Our removal was over 3 days, including packing the fragiles, and we were very happy with everything that Luke, Andy and Jason did (also Billy on day 2). Nothing was too much trouble and they were efficient and helpful.

Our main criticism relates to the process for arranging and confirming removal dates etc. We found that the tone of all communications relating to this comes across as adversarial and negative and made us feel very stressed, in contrast to other elements of the removal. We understand that organising the logistics is a complicated process, but feel this could handled in a more customer-friendly way that reassured rather than causing anxiety.

What a nightmare. They missed the delivery day (crucial when moving house!) The lorry wasn't big enough, then it broke down with no replacement, Then they transferred all our belongings to multiple small box vans. Delivered 1 day late. Garden equipment was mixed with household items. Items were 'lost' and after chasing for them were 'found' and given back (no longer wrapped). No compensation offered but they wanted to charge us more to have box vans! Very stressful and would never recommend Swift Removals. BTW, Swift Removals & Storage in Tewkesbury removals guys work really hard but the company organisation is awful.

This whole process of moving out had me stressed out BUT at no point ever, was I made to feel that the changes of dates were ever a problem and my gosh, I cannot thank you
enough. From start to finish you have been amazing and patient and superb customer service like that cannot be brought.

I had Luke and Andy help me move house and they were great, really friendly and super quick they didn’t complain they just got on with it if I move again, hoping not, but if I do I will definitely use swift again and ask for Luke and Andy they were brilliant

Recently moved from a 1 bed flat (that didn’t have the easiest of parking arrangements) to a 2 bed house. Eddie and Tyler were great on the day. Packaged what needed to be well like my tvs and big speakers. They took care of the furniture and both properties, being careful as moving things. Also clean and tidy.
In the process of arranging the removals I had to change dates a few times for which Jeremy was accommodating. Overall fantastic experience and was one less thing to worry about

Swift Removals were very professional, efficient, and the service was very good. The lads on the job were all helpful and nothing was to much trouble. All the lads efforts were appreciated but would like to give a special mention Dalian, Lewis & Josh.

Swift removal company started off well:
Competitive quote, friendly etc.
Come removal day one of the young removal men could not be bothered! He didn't speak to us, help his team, stood looking at his phone and made no effort to even say a simple 'hello'.
All our boxes were labelled repeatedly all over the individual box but a majority was thrown into the garage (not ideal when you are disabled and need to access items). Garden items thrown everywhere and a few things broken. No plastic up the new stair carpet ( which we paid for). We also paid for a cleaning service of the our old property which was below basic and nothing noticeably cleaned. Also the removal men were told the old houses water had been turned off so when I went back to the old property a week later there was an overwhelming stench..the upstairs toilet full of No.2 and the downstairs toilet had foul smelling urine down it! We took matters up with Swift but they were totally lacklustre and even tried to charge us double again for one item they felt could not be removed on removal day!! It easily could have been, but the removal men decided they could not be bothered! Steer clear as you will be very disappointed!!
