Bought a pack after receiving an email when in played and won the total was 7 but they couldn't redeem because to much traffic or so was said then it gets rejected and i was told by support to redeem small amounts at a time so 100 at a time started the process got 3 done but had to go back and forth for a couple days ended up playing 2 of the 7 no big deal but now there is 200 on my account and they refuse to redeem it I've been told since Friday of previous week that they have a high volume of redeems but im on the telegram and when I ask others that have won they dont have an issue and when I talk to support they lie to me and when I write the compliance team I get ignored and yet they still want me to purchase more and play more they have made several excuses as to why I haven't received it and told me several times not to worry that I will get it but to be honest I don't think I will be warned as I trusted the brand I got there name from and should have steered clear.oh and they kept claiming that verification was needed to redeem but I went through verification and redeemed a small portion prior to this incident

Well according to the first response they didn't pay me because my debit card wasn't verified. I was so happy and finally received my first redemption. I almost changed my other review. I read the reviews, I do my research because I don't have money to burn so I'm very careful where I sign up at. This place HEAVILY advertises instant redemptions, in fact in their Q&A they even say if your redemption says pending to contact customer service which I have 5 times now. It's not the money it's really the principle of it. If you promise your customers something you should follow through with it and that's what gets me about these places, I don't like feeling misled or lied to because I won 500 at 8pm last night, it is now 4:20pm the next day and I still don't have my redemption to debit card. I asked if crypto would be faster and apparently it isn't. I read other people's experiences and they didn't have a problem so I don't know why mine is taking so long. I do like the actual games and gameplay, they have ALOT of my favorite provider, Hacksaw. The customer service is responsive but really no help. Give them a try just don't count on instant redemptions like they advertise.
Will update if and when my redemption goes through.
Edit: After sending in my card, a selfie with my card, a few hours goes by and they CANCELLED my redemption, I asked support, they have no clue why it was cancelled, they tell me to try and request a smaller amount, so I requested $250 a few hours ago, still nothing, so I have revised my review as requested. All this and I have other issues I'm dealing with, if they can't redeem $250 or do instant redemption they shouldnt be advertising the way they do.
I'm at a loss here, doesn't look like I'm ever going to see a dime. I'd take away the 2 stars I gave them if I could. Will update if I ever get my redemption but it's been 2 days now definitely not instant and definitely not just a security check. My next step is to take this to reddit, reputation is everything with these places.
