If I could give them 0 stars I would. I verified my identity before purchasing to make sure redemption would go smooth. It did not. They needed pictures of my card and a selfie holding it. Their instant redemtion turned into 4 hours of me asking them when I could redeem, after reading all the reviews I decided to just play through my balance, and close my account. Do NOT play on this site. They will not pay you, they want you to grow impatient and go back to playing til you lose. They will offer you promo codes as if this horrible experience can be remedied by a discount on a purchase? I hope to see them shut down soon.

It is now entering week 4 of not being paid my winnings. 10+ "failed" rejected redemption attempts. Anything over $200 fails within 24 hrs. Anything $200 and under pends indefinitely. Do not win over $100 here cuz that's all you'll see be redeemed successfully and those winnings might as be delivered by snail mail. I fully intend to close my account once my winnings are paid but they fully intend for that to take place over multiple months. And that's me being optimistic. Despite claims of $3000 maximum redemption amounts and instant redemptions the reality is quite different. I won $900 here 3+weeks ago. I've received $100 despite have fulfilled all play through requirements, passed all kyc and security checks. In that same time I've received no less than $1,500 collectively from three different significantly more legitimate gaming establishments. This should be at the bottom of your places to play.

I won over 600$ and had my account verified prior to winning so that there would be no issues if or when I won enough to redeem. So when I got the chance for a redemption request there were issues with verification of payment but not before I had won anything. And then every request was denied only until I had played almost all but 100$ of the 600$ winnings did they finally let me get my redemption but only for 100$. Took several days and I got fed up so started playing the winnings hint as to why I only had 100$ left of 600$ winnings. I was and am truly upset with the way the process was and how many times I had tried contacting support about my redemption. It came in but not the amount i had planned and on top of that it wasn’t instant until they got back 500$ with. Sorry if it is hard to understand the concept of my post.

I do not see how this casino got four point , something stars , they must be paid for.... This is my experience with it.. I spent my only $10 to buy their welcome package. And guess what? I won and got up to exactly a $100. Then went to cash out. Verify my count instantly, then they wanted me holding my debit card to take a picture of it and it was the same debit card that I used to buy the coin package with. So they do not have instant redemption. That is a gods honest lie. So then after I sent him the picture of me holding the debit card, they wanted me to email it to some other place that they call their compliance team, that is a lie. Also, there is no compliance team. What they do is try to wait as long as they can to see if you play your money back and I did because after 12 hours I was tired of waiting, they weren't going to approve it. To me, this place is a scam.Okay?They pray on weak people that have problems with gambling and take their money.They don't care about their players whatsoever to me , they're a piece of s***....
