The sabers themselves are great quality. No complaints about the actual product. The problem is everything that comes after the sale.
My nephew broke the hilt on a combat saber. Their website policy said they'd replace combat sabers if they broke. I reached out and someone told me they'd send a replacement. I followed up, got ghosted. Waited months, tried again through Instagram and other channels. Never heard back.
On top of that, my fiance and several friends from church ordered multiple sabers and never received them. No responses to emails, nothing. They all had to file bank disputes to get their money back.
If SWA Sabers had even halfway decent customer service, this would be a 5-star review. The product is solid. But a warranty that isn't honored and complete radio silence when customers need help makes it impossible to recommend.

Like many other single-star reviews here have indicated, SWA sabers is not a reliable brand and struggles to deliver on most of their claims. I placed an order for a buy 1 get 2 free deal (don't feel tempted, as Ackbar would say, "It's a trap!") which seems to be running all the time. It took them forever to ship, and when they did the only shipped part of the order. They were completely unresponsive to my messages concerning the timeline for delivery on other parts of the order, and completely stopped responding after a message or two. I was quite patient about this, but ultimately had to dispute this with the card company after documenting many unanswered attempts to communicate with the company.

In short, there are plenty of more reliable places to get sabers from that will not sap the joy from your desired saber experience. Avoid SWA Sabers.

As a star wars fan these sabers are great!! I'd seen SWA sabers ad several times and had finally decided to check it out. It was during the buy one get 2 free deal. I was a little skeptical considering how well built they looked at first glance and the cool features added. For me after having my sabers to play with for a few days now what i have to say it this, I bought the Valyrian and getting the Guardian and Acolyte for free, each just radiates a different aura and feeling
when held, a good weight and grip. I love that I'm able to change blade color, sound and effects to really customize and make them my own. The guide manual is easy to follow with a bit of practice its easy to begin switching things up. Now i haven't really tested them in a duel but i have practiced against a wooden dummy with a bit of padding and the blade holds up. When putting them to charge it was a nice surprise when the programming says charging. Charge time, well im not sure how long they're supposed to charge but I let them charge for about an hour to two they've lasted me a few days. When it comes to delivery for me there was a bit of wait time but thats something that can't be controlled the only thing lacking were real time update status. The sabers come with their own charging cord but no block, as well as screws that are meant to hold the blade in place. All in all I'd say my personal experience was great.

Terrible experience, the blade of my sword stopped working less than a month after use and these SCAMMERS, after apologizing for the lack of communication (which was there even before the product arrived), after telling me that they would send me another blade “asap,” disappeared into thin air. Almost three weeks have passed and I have no trace of any new tracking number.
There is no warranty, and the blade they offer is of poor quality. Do not purchase ANYTHING from these SCAMMERS.

I took advantage of the 3 for 1 offer for my husband's birthday not in January and we had a good experience. I ordered without seeing the reviews about shipping first but honestly within a week maybe the 3 sabers were in the hands of UPS and then about 5 business days later they were at our front door, so I really have no complaints about the shipping at all. The sabers themselves are great, my husband loves the look of all 3 of them and they were very easy to put together. The instructions on how to change settings took a little bit of playing with to understand properly but now my husband knows how to change the color of the blades and whatnot. Pretty pleased overall, my husband has been wanting a lightsaber for ever and now he has 3!

PLEASE do not waste your money on this site. Their website is a fraud. Not a US based company. You cannot reach anyone from this company to remedy any problems, and you will have problems. Can’t comment on the product, never received it. Forced to fight them through American Express. DO NOT waste your money and create frustration for yourself.

The Sabres are very realistic, durable and lots of fun…… I bought 3 of them. Amazing.

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I have received from SWA Sabers so far.
I placed a high-value order (£708) which was sent via Evri. The courier has since indicated that the parcel may be lost, yet instead of reassurance or a clear resolution plan, I have been met with dismissive and condescending responses.
When I asked for the matter to be investigated urgently, I was told to “be patient” and reminded of time zone differences, rather than being shown any empathy or understanding given the value of the order and the stress caused by a potentially lost parcel.
At no point has there been clear communication about what will happen if the parcel is confirmed lost (refund or replacement), and I have had to repeatedly chase for basic information.
At this stage, the lack of empathy, poor communication, and failure to take ownership of the issue has significantly damaged my confidence in this company. I would strongly advise caution when ordering high-value items if Evri is used as the courier.

The quality of the actual blade is very durable, every lightsaber can be the colour you want it to be, using the control button (single button sabers), it comes with themed star wars music that can be played as you swing it around, just the lightsaber sounds or you can mute it completely if you dont want any sounds. The metal feels sturdy yet light (durablade sabers) allowing for excellent balance and make s it easy to spin/swing around. The company shipped it fast (less than 5 business days), Post Canada is to blame for slow delivery (almost 3 weeks waiting time once they received my order). The controls are quite varied so it may be overwhelming at first but it's easy to handle once you realise there are available controls with blade on and other ones only available when the blade is off but the power on. I would recommend this to anyone wanting a premium quality saber that is also a fan of Star Wars! I bought mine with the deal "buy 1 get 2 free" for a tenant of mine of who is a very big Star Wars fan. His face when he got 2 lightsabers was worth every dollar! I kept the one i paid for as a gift to myself at the same time:)

We ordered from SWA Sabers on 14th December and paid for fast shipping, which was advertised as a 1-2 day delivery. As soon as we placed the order we received a further email stating that the order total did not include VAT, compulsory for most UK purchases, so we had to pay an additional 20% before the items could be dispatched. Whilst we weren't expecting this and were a little taken aback, we paid this the next day & then waited....and waited.

After more than a week with no update, we went onto the SWA Sabers website to try and track the order and were met with a message saying they are experiencing a brief delay in despatching some orders with the Durablade Sabers (this message is still on their website as of the date of writing this review). The tracking information on their website showed no further updates since our purchase on the 14th, we were starting to get concerned.

We heard nothing from SWA Sabers until 23rd December when we finally got an email with a tracking number for our items, but they still took until 29th December to be delivered. Admittedly this was over Christmas, but when you pay extra for a 1-2 day delivery, that is the expectation.

When we opened the box, we were impressed with the quality of the sabers we had purchased, but there was one problem...one of the sabers we had ordered were missing & we had been given a different one in it's place. We sent an email immediately on 29th December to SWA Sabers to make them aware of this error but, as of the date of writing this review, we have had no response and unfortunately there is no other way of contacting them.

On a positive note, the sabers are of very good quality with a nice weight to them, excellent quality materials & great sound effects. The Durablade Sabers are nice and light for combat and the blade is very...well...durable, with the Pixel blades being heavier, more realistic and better suited for aesthetics, but still able to be thrown around in a duel or two.

Unfortunately, the service received is what really let's this company down. If you order from them and no problems arrise, you're in for a great time and a great experience with these Sabers, but if something goes wrong, don't expect an easy time getting them to sort it.

Never even received all of my sabers. Got the buy one get 2 free never received any of them can’t even get a hold of them for a refund. Really poor experience and money lost

They sent my sabers to wrong person and did not contact me since. One big scam - be careful and dont buy anything from them - i doubt i will get my money back....

I am really enjoying my purchase even though my wife is giving me some crazy looks. She doesn't understand why a 71 year old enjoys pretending to be a Jedi....lol !

These lightsabers are amazing! I can actually practice fights from the movies. I'm a martial arts weapon expert, these sabers are tough enough for extreme weapons tricking. I'm not worried about dropping them at all. Delivery is prompt, and FREE!! Legends!

I was a little nervous shelling out $$$ for these particularly when I saw people saying they had to wait months and didn’t hear from the company in the meantime. I ordered mine December 20th and they arrived January 10th. I did not get any update emails before they suddenly arrived. But they were exactly as described and are the closest thing to a real light saber I’ve ever seen. My teenagers love them and have spent hours choreographing fight scenes since they got here. Super glad I took the chance on this company!

These savers were extremely affordable especially with their Christmas sales going on. Sabers were extremely well constructed very bright and a joy to actually take out and be able to pretend the forces real in our lives for a little bit. Thank you very much for making the wife and kids smile more than I expected. Thank you again for making kids out of everyone The only thing I can say I wish the commands to change fonts and colors was easier to navigate

Swa sabers was completely helpful this holiday for the buy 1 get 2 free toys except I didn't receive the other 2 free toys bad value
