Just ordered a Luke ev6...this company has superior customer service.I dealt with another company and their customer service was non-existent even though they provided contact info....I e mailed 17 times and got no response...Saberpro messaged me right away and contacted me twice after my order.Awesome awesome customer contact.Saberpro makes you feel as if you were their only customer .Can't wait to get my grandsons lightsaber !

The sabers i have bought from this website have been nothing short of incredible. I’ve done lots of heavy duelling with them, and it’s never ceased to amaze me how durable they are. And don’t even get me started on the sounds and the light. Truly an amazing choice for lightsabers. 🙏

We ordered three sabers using one of their deals. The sabers are very high quality and cool, they are way beyond the level of a toy, and also seem durable. We are very happy with our purchase and would recommend this company to others. Initially, when one saber didn’t arrive as soon as the other two, the company’s customer support was very helpful and immediately looked into the situation and shipped the third saber quickly.

Fast delivery time no issues with the product

I ordered my saber on March 28, and then said that it left the shipping carriers facility on March 31st. It is now April 13th. Ever since then I have gotten ZERO shipping updates and have contacted the company twice. They keep saying, “Oh the delivery time updated so you’ll get it in the next few days!” The delivery time keeps being pushed back. Customer service is very kind but they have not helped me in my situation at all. I am in High school buying this for my Star Wars obsessed boyfriend and I cannot risk losing $200 when I have a car and pets to pay for.

First time getting a Proffie and really love the quality of the hilt and saber’s sound and appearance. Very excited to try some custom fonts

Everything arrived on time. It was well boxed and exactly as I expected. The saber itself is remarkable.

Hilt for first order parts came unattached (no blade but internal parts) that per the SaberPro videos and website and instructions did not show how to install. I had to return item but got full refund

The price for what I got was amazing. Two matching sabers that can be attached into a staff, that are high quality and look beautiful with the neopixel upgrade. I also got a free third saber (baselit) which is also fantastic. Childhood dream fulfilled, thanks for Saberspro.

Customer service is great too. I had some minor issues (turns out they weren't any fault of the manufacturer, just got some dirt inside the guts of the saber) and they replied within hours or minutes of every email I wrote them, even though my first one was sent at around 11:30pm in my timezone.

The gesture controls of the sabers are a bit of a learning curve but once you master it, nothing feels cooler than using them properly.

Great product, great people, very highly recommended.

I was confident on purchasing a lightsaber from the site but it pretty much showed up broken, I thought I could get help the returning it for a lightsaber that wasn't broken but the warranty, return policy and everything of the sort is just very misleading and hopefully they can do better in the future to help their customers because that was a Monumental waste of money
