Honestly? Best toy I’ve ever purchased. The dual stimulation is amazing and the handle makes using it with a partner much easier. My partner has hands that cannot withstand a lot of use without experiencing pain and the handle has helped that. 1000/10 would recommend,

Would love to tell you what I think about the toy but we haven't gotten it yet and it's been almost 3 weeks since I bought and paid for it but it hasn't even shipped out of their warehouse yet. I wrote email and got a canned reply back that gave no info and solved no problems. It does not matter how good the toy is if it ever gets here , I will NEVER spend another dime with this company and suggest you dont either. Amazon has very similar devices for a fraction of the price and next day shipping. I really wish I had gone that route

The toy is an amazing asset to have, truly one of a kind… it stopped working and Svibe replaced it with very little back and forth. We will be doing business with them for a long time I think

Update: I have been contacted after this review and they are working towards a resolution. I would have preferred to be contacted sooner but they are making an effort and communicating.

I have adjusted my 1 star review to 3 because the Svibe toy is fantastic. Here’s hoping their customer service continues to improve!

Old review: The Svibe toy itself is great, which is the only reason this review is not lower. Unfortunately, the customer service experience has been extremely disappointing.

There was no communication regarding order delays, and I am now approaching two months waiting for the full order. I only received part of it, and after sending several emails to customer service, I have not received any meaningful follow-up or resolution. I have only have been taking with their AI assistant and no team member has reached out despite being told someone would reach out.

A simple update or proactive communication would have gone a long way. The lack of responsiveness has made this a very frustrating experience.

I had tried the snail with a partner and it took some time for me to appreciate what it truly does. Once i figured it out, my world was shook, literally! The internal vibration combined with the outer clot stim together is out of this world. I’m pretty sure I’d never experienced a cervical orgasm. I have now. That partners internal vine quit and I couldn’t live without it so i ordered another one. It is slightly different in comparison, the upgraded version I guess. The rumbly sensations don’t feel has heavy as they did on the OG one. I’m not sure if that changed in the upgraded model. But I haven’t had that cervical orgasm with this new version yet. I’m gonna keep practicing tho! It’s a great toy for single play and partner play. It’s worth the money! I promise!

I love this product, it is not irritating, it is long lasting and it is not greasy or become sticky. The texture is light weight compared to most lubricants. Also, it is fragrance free or at least me nor my partner can smell it and it's affordable. I will order more.

I love the discreet case this comes with. The vibe itself is great! Love the variety of options of where the vibration is coming from on the toy itself but also love the lower/slower vibration modes! I’m a slow vibration girly and its low/slow mode rumbles deep! Fully enjoy this product!

This was actually a replacement for my original snail vibe that was purchased less than a year ago. They didn’t give me a hassle about it. Immediately saw there was an issue from the video I sent them and mailed me a new one. This toy is incredible. It is by far my favorite and gets me off every time. Top notch company, quality product and excellent customer service!

Great customer support communication

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Waiting for my order since 1st May. Had one update to say they had loads of orders. One AI response to an email then no replies to my last two. Great ads and marketing but do not buy from them. You won’t get anything. I’m now going through my credit card to get the money back.

I placed an order on April 17th. I then sent an email to svibe and requested a status on May 12. I received an AI message that read it typically takes 8-15 days to process and o would receive a confirmation email. I replied that it has been 25 days and the AI message stated a real person would be in touch with me once they have found out more information. It is now the 21st of May and my 2 emails since the 12th have gone in answered, including a request for a refund.

Scam site. Should be taken down. They don't send products out then don't respond properly when requesting refund. Also remove negative comments from their socials instantly. Which isn't trust worthy. Such a shame lovehoney stock them as I thought that made them more reputable.

What a load of crap. This company took my money and it has been more than 20 days some I have placed the order and I still have not received the product or my money back. Do not buy anything from them.
