The svibe delivers! We broke it out of the box and jumped right in and while we haven't experimented with all the settings yet, we were quite pleased to say the least. From my perspective (his) the ring was comfortable and effective and the vibration was amazing. I also enjoyed the added girth that the second vibrating tip gave me. Her pov was that the shape of the vibrating head was fascinating and different from what she has been used to. The flexibility and constant contact got her where she wanted to go and quickly. Can't wait to do some more field research and update this review soon!

For what ever reason 2 orders were created for the same item. It was immediately pointed out to the customer service team. The package remains unopened yet they will not process a return. Not the type of company I will ever do business with again. Buyers beware.

Would have been 5 stars, but the remote will not pair with the device at all. Tried all sorts of resets, fresh battery and Google guides, but zero response. Other than that, a fantastic product with a high quality finish, but the lack of functioning remote means regular adjustments to get the full benefits of the toy.

The unit would not work. They helped me out and walked me thru it. The unit still didn’t work so they sent me a new one. Great job other companies need to come take a course

I never leave reviews for sex toys. This is THE exception. As someone who struggles with endometriosis, cramps are a major concern. The cramps I’ve had after using this vibe have been manageable and sooooo worth it! 10/10!

Been watching advertisements for this toy for several months and wondering if my wife would like it since she is very particular. Bought it to surprise her and turns out she absolutely loves it and made her climax many times over.

This company sucks wife ordered something over a month ago and still has not received it. They blamed it on the shipping company lossing it. Since then has said they reshipped it and it still has not shipped.

We purchased two! The Snail
Jovi, and the Snail Curve! The jovi hurts her as it jabs her urethra, and the Vibe rubs the wrong way! It is NOT mechanically designed for the purpose as they state! Video wise it looks great, but it doesn’t feel good to her! On another note the vibrations on both are VERY WEAK! Even on “HIGH” it’s basically on low! Also for the curve you have to keep the top part wet so plan on constantly interrupting your “enjoyment” and keeping yourself wet! **** THEY DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS**** we are verified purchasers as our order numbers are 66580 & 66578. We do not recommend the two that we purchased!

The products are nothing like the reviews and Instagram promotions led you to expect.

My partner found them painful and said it felt like she was being stabbed.

Between us, we own quite a few toys, and these are easily among the worst we've ever used.

A complete waste of over £120.

Don't be fooled by the Instagram ads.

To be frank the product is nice but I have concerns.
It fits me well and my wife really enjoys it.
Good power but the battery life seems to be way under par. With a full charge we got 15 minutes of use. Not hardly enough. Also the customer service side was ATROCIOUS. I'm certain you can look up my thread with your ai agent and my other thread on Instagram. I didn't get any helpful feedback until I started tagging your collaborators! Even then, your ig agent kept trying to pass the buck and make me fix your problem.

Tldr; the toy is nice but could be better, and the customer service side is trash. 1 star. I don't see myself shopping with you again.

I no longer needed the items after they took treble the amount of time to arrive (paid for fast shipping) and I was sent a sketchy faulty link to track them. I took my business elsewhere, and when the items arrived, I followed the returns policy, paid for tracked international return, only for the items to end up back on my doorstep a month later after it had been unclaimed/rejected by the seller at customs.
I contacted them again to ask how this had happened when I had been in constant contact with them each step of the return, only to find out that I was speaking with an AI assistant and was only *then* being transferred to a person- who still has yet to contact me over a month later. I am out of pocket triple digits, for both the items and wasted postage.
Save yourself the hassle and go for another company, at least if something goes wrong you might be able to get it sorted.

Item arrived in a completely crushed box. Tried to get in contact with customer support and only getting answers from AI saying they will get back to be urgently but they never do. This has been going on for over a month now. Not happy with the appalling customer service 9r the damaged product.

This company takes your money and does not fulfill your order. I ordered 93 days ago, have had countless promises from the AI that I’d be connected to someone that can help only for no response to come. They are holding my money and not sending the products. This is fraudulent behavior.

Awful! Wouldn’t turn on for a while and had to figure out why. Finally when it turned on it shut off within seconds. Made the entire thing embarrassing. This deserves the trash can!

1 man's experience with Svibe's Jovi Arc snail looking thing

I was really excited about this product however in the end it wasnt a fit.. literally.

Statistically speaking i am slightly above average sized and I found this product both cumbersome, uncomfortable and unusable when it came to the act. Sadly I didnt test drive this so it was also an embarrassing first time out.

Sadly, customer service were unable to give me any real assistance or exchange. Not even an offer of a discount on further purchase of another more suited toy.. wont be using Svibe again after this expensive mistake.

I've ordered a couple different products from them, and I've always been impressed with their shipping, and the quality of their product. Unfortunately the last product I purchased was something that didn't really work the way they described, and it wasn't enjoyable for me in my wife. When I attempted to return the product I got stuck in a loop of AI bots, over and over apologizing and just restating the policy to me telling me there's nothing they can do. This will be my last purchase from Svibe, I hope in the future they take their customer satisfaction more seriously so that they can continue to thrive as a company

We used the couples one with the two vibrators. It was a great experience, she had her man deep inside her plus clitoral and G spot vibrators. She raved about it. We only have tried the one position with her on top. We look forward to trying some others.
