Fantastic toy! Feels great, easy to use & comes with convenient carrying case.

I placed an order through their website and cancelled it within 45 minutes after coming across a number of negative reviews about their products and customer service.

Despite cancelling the order, they still dispatched it days later.

Just to reiterate what many of the other reviews say - you cannot speak to a human.

Every email receives what appears to be an AI-generated response that doesn't answer the questions you've asked.

I repeatedly asked for the return address. It took them 13 days to provide it.

I was then told the item had to be returned to Spain, at my expense, and that the original £9.99 delivery charge would not be refunded, despite me cancelling the order before dispatch.

The item was purchased through a UK website and dispatched from a UK address, yet they require you to return it to Spain.

A parcel from the UK takes around 3-4 days to reach Spain.

Five days after I pointed this out, they finally replied to say I could no longer return it because the 14-day window had expired.

In other words, by the time they told me where to send it, it was already too late.

This is what it is really like dealing with this 'company'.

The snail toy was fun, but it didn’t stay in place as much as I thought it would. My husband also said it wasn’t the most comfortable toy to wear either.

Excellent customer service

I was very looking forward to making a purchase from SVibe. I purchased the Gizi Duo for my partner and I. We love to grind on each other and we were hoping the design of the Duo would allow us to both feel pleasure while doing so. Unfortunately we could not get the duo to work as described even when attempting the suggested positions on the box. I think if the snail piece in the middle was of a larger size, it would help. With the current design, neither my partner or I could get the snail to hit our clits. The dildo part of the Duo was nicely shaped and I did like the feel of the silicone, but it was very frustrating that the duo didn't perform as expected and advertised. My partner and I are both average sized and it felt like the duo was designed only for itty bitty bodies (for context I wear a size 9-10 in women's pants and a medium in women's shirts). I'm open to trying other SVibe toys in the future, but the duo as currently designed is definitely not made for the average vagina having person.

The Svibe provides pleasure in every place it touches. I'm a big fan of strong clit stimulation, but struggle to find something that covers multiple areas simultaneously. The SVive covers it all... beautifully and completely. It is definitely an important part of my sexual wellness and in the rotation as a favorite.

Excellent Experience. Shipping was rather slow, however one the product arrived, Snail vibe and Gizi Lite. They have become my new favorite toys. Excellent products and so versatile. Well worth the money I spent for the product and the wait. Needless to say, I opened the items on Monday evening and have used it nearly a dozen times since! It's only Wednesday!

The only ding I can give this product is the fact it was a little difficult to get on. However, once it was in place and the action started, it was a fantastic experience for both of us. Having the remote to change it up as you go adds to the intensity of the experience. Having additional lube may not be needed, but it made the experience for both of us better. For once a product that put a smile on both faces instead of just one.

I don't know if this is a scam or someone just had a really bad idea to have AI respond to all emails. It's impossible to speak to an actual human being.

I ordered from their website but cancelled less than a week later and got an email confirming the cancellation and that I would be refunded within 15 days. It's a month later and I still don't have my refund. Any attempt to communicate with them is emailing an AI help desk that just sends empathetic responses and assuring that this has been escalated. At this point I don't believe at all that I would have ever received the product if I hadn't cancelled and that I will ever get my refund so I'm going to go through my bank to dispute it.

Couldn’t tell ya how I like the toy but tbh at this point it doesn’t matter. I ordered at the end of April and a week later got an email saying production was delayed and that they would be late- no info on how delayed. Once the 15 business days passed with no more communication, I emailed their support and received an AI response (gross) apologizing but giving zero information. The next day I received an email from a person saying orders would ship June 5th. I replied to that message asking to change my shipping address because I was moving June 1st. No response. Waited 48 hours and messaged the AI again, who said they could cancel the order for me or update the shipping. I said if shipping could be updated, cool. Gave the address. AI said someone from the warehouse would be in touch. Another 24 hrs no communication. Back to the ai, it said it flagged it as priority as it was now June 3rd. Why did I get an email saying it shipped to my old address on the 4th. I have to see if I can do a charge back because this is absolutely absurd. I ordered because the advertising on instagram was so persistent and it looked like an interesting product. I’ll never fall for this nonsense again.

Great info to help decide what to get. Felt confident in our purchase. What a great experience once we got it. Spend some time to learn how the remote moves through the various settings and then enjoy!!!!

Words cannot describe how this made me feel. The sounds I made while using it were unreal. BEST TOY EVER!

Quick to respond and great communication

The shipment was packaged super poorly, the bag was ripped open and the box itself it was crushed. I ordered March 28, and I'm still waiting now, almost June 1, for my order to be completed. The item is decent, and if I didn't have to order through this company I'd probably order more, but it's not worth the headache honestly.
