Initially made an enquiry via email at 930pm on the Friday night and within minutes Vinny replied and a conversation began. Vinny gave me a great price for my part exchanges and the price for the new watch was the best I could find like for like. We did a deal over the coming days on a brand new unworn Rolex Sub non date, which was my dream watch and something I've wanted for a lot of years. Vinnys customer service was first class and considering I'm at the other end of the country he put my mind at ease and the process was faultless. Vinny provided updates throughout the process. Absolutely brilliant experience. Saw a Black Bay 58 GMT for a very competitive price. Phoned Vinny, deposit down 2 minutes later and picked the watch up a couple of days after that. I both bought and sold a watch here and the service on both sides was spectacular. Vinny was extremely helpful, attentive, and kept me completely up to date and comfortable from start to finish.

Trade in price for my old watch was better than competitors, and I was provided with a fully insured shipping label.
