Everything was great when purchasing a Tag Heuer from Surrey timepieces, I paid extra to have the watch professionally polished, and what can I say! Bought an Omega Seamaster 300M at a great price. Watch was one and a half years old, but was mint condition. The box it came in was an older style box, but Vinny organised a replacement very quickly. Great customer service and nice people to deal with. Will definitely use them when the watch needs a service.

Just completed a trade-in and purchase today. Initially I contacted them via their WhatsApp group mid-evening regarding a trade-in. They responded and we conversed for a while. I sent photos of my watch and we discussed a value. The next day I took my watch to them and they never tried to lower the price they gave by suddenly fault-finding. They stuck to the original quote given. I chose to also purchase through them as that initial agreed price was kept giving confidence in their services. 2 days later I returned to complete the sale. They were responsive when they could be, given that the two of them run everything and were patient and understanding throughout. The watch I purchased was as described in all details and when they described it as near mint condition it was exactly that. I felt pricing in both the purchase of mine and the cost of the one I was buying was competitive within the market. Selling privately was a riskier prospect for the extra amount I may have got. The peace of mind and the fair pricing of the watch I bought were well worth the service given. I would have no hesitation in using them again based on the service received from them.

I dealt with Vinny who was extremely helpful, informative knowledgeable,professional and patient. Great communication whilst I was overseas and reaching out to sell my watch on return to the uk.
We agreed a tentative price subject to inspection.
Jacob arranged an appointment at short notice and i was met by Vinny who showed me the way to the private showroom.
Once there they inspected the watch and promptly made a respectful offer.
Money was received all within about 20 minutes.
