An excellent experience with Vinny and the team @ Surrey Timepieces. Purchased my 3rd Omega Seamaster at a great price and the part exchange offered for my watch was nearly 30% more than the well advertised second hand watch trader ! I had been looking for a pre-owned Omega Planet Ocean, 2015 model in titanium for a while. I saw the video on Instagram and did some research into into Surrey Timepieces. The price was exactly what I expected and as soon as I contacted Vinny I explained what I wanted to do and nothing was a problem. Customer service and communication was brilliant and the watch arrived in beautiful condition. Considering it’s 11 years old, Vinny described it as ‘excellent condition for its age’. The watch doesn’t even look like it’s been worn. Very very happy, I would advise anyone looking for a pre-owned luxury watch to use Surrey Timepieces.

I did the 3 supercar driving experience, with Tommy, who was a genuinely amazing instructor and took me round, I would absolutely recommend it to others and hope to do it again some time in the near future.

Came across this company on Tik Tok. Messaged them about a watch, they replied back within 24hrs and came to meet me in Dublin within 2 days. 2 great lads that know what they are talking about and I couldn’t believe how they went above and beyond for me by coming over to Dublin at such short notice as I had a holiday that weekend. Can’t thank the lads enough and really recommend them. In the future I’ll be doing alll dealings with them.

My journey to Surrey Timepieces, after looking around the internet for a prestige watch lead me to TikTok, Following Vinny and Jacobs videos to see what was available, making contact via the WhatsApp group was an easy uncomplicated process. I visited the showroom on the 15th Aug to view and try on several watches I was interested in. I took along my 86 yr old dad who has an interest in prestige watches. Jacob and Vinny were fantastic with him, nothing was to much trouble showing him the pieces he was interested in, I particularly like a Rolex Explorer and also the Breitling SuperOcean. Both Vinny and Jacob were very knowledgeable about the watches we were looking at, answered all the questions we both had, making adjustments to bracelets so we could actually see them on our wrists made for a first class experience. My dad and I were so impressed with the service we left with 3 watches, The Rolex Explore and 2 Breitling SuperOcean, a first to have a matching pair for us. The whole experience and service was first class, unrushed, plenty of coffee / soft drinks while you browse, with very knowledgeable hosts. Thanks guys, will be definitely be seeing you again, highly recommend, it's a 10/10 from me.

I have bought 2 Omega watches from Jacob and I would highly recommend using this company if you are looking to buy a luxury watch. These guys can not be faulted. I wanted to sell my Omega AT for a very specific vintage Explorer 2. They sourced it, gave me a fair price for my omega, handled the transaction, dealt with a small problem with the explorer that they received. Everything was easy, communication was perfect. I’ve just popped my luxury watch cherry - Getting an Omega Seamaster Diver 300 - Certainly an upgrade from my Apple Watch !

Jacob made the process frictionless from start to finish - Great comms initially, making time for calls and WhatsApp’ing details, we then visited their showroom and actually switched from getting the original blue dial version I came to view, to a white dial version that just seemed to sit on the wrist better.

We met both Jacob and Vinnie and both are on top of their game - Very knowledgeable and a lovely no pressure approach to help me make the right decision.

The quality of the watches is a differentiator - They take pride in understating a mint condition watch, whereas others oversell a poorer version. Pricing is competitive, whereas everyone feels like they are getting a fair deal.

I would have no hesitation in recommending them and already have.

If I have one small gripe - The M25 was not kind on the return journey to Essex, but still very much worth the trip !
