I messaged Jacob to see if him and Vinny could source me a couple of watches. Within a day or so he had come back to me with exactly what I was after at a very reasonable prices.

Deposit was paid, watches arrived to them the next day, collected them the following day!

After months of research (and a fair bit of indecisiveness), I finally decided to treat myself to a new watch. I’d been hunting high and low for a pre-owned Tudor Black Bay Monochrome in great condition, ideally on a jubilee bracelet. Eventually, I came across one on eBay being sold by Surrey Timepieces and it looked really promising.

I dropped them a message, and after a quick and friendly chat, I decided to go see the watch in person. Jacob and Vinny were brilliant. They happily squeezed me in for a last-minute appointment. The 3-hour round trip was totally worth it.

When I arrived, the watch, box and papers were all beautifully presented, which made the decision a whole lot easier. Both lads were welcoming, and never pushy, and they let my other half and I take our time to check everything over, and we ended up making a deal.

I'm absolutely chuffed with the watch and the whole experience. No doubt I’ll be back for more watches in the future. Can’t fault them- Thanks again gents!

I have followed Surrey watches for a while having seen the excellent reviews when it popped up on social media and with retirement being a few months away I was half-looking for a watch to treat myself to, but so far, none in my price range had been that attractive a proposition. Then whilst scrolling through Facebook up came Surrey Timepieces and a watch I immediately liked, despite it not being, on paper, what I'd go for. I sent a message through and early the next morning I woke up to a nice reply from Vinny, and from that point onwards, I was sold on the watch - literally! The description was 100% accurate, as were the photos, and the price was perfect, but I also liked the security of buying from a trusted seller, with great reviews and a really helpful approach to customer service. Everything went smoothly, and the next day the watch arrived - really well packed - even bubble wrap in the presentation box - fragile warning tape around the outside and more bubble wrap around the inner too. I wouldn't hesitate for a second buying from Vinny and Surrey Timepieces again, a cracking experience from start to finish, no buyer worries or anxiety, and as I type this, a great watch on my wrist and a big smile on my face!
