I ordered the Airstorm 2.5. I’m hoping this machine does what it states . I received the machine within 7 days of my order and the hook up was so easy. Every wand has labeling on the machine as to where it hooks.

I have ordered 3 machines from this company and never have had any problems. I do not like that they don't come with manuals BUT all of them come with easy to understand on-line manuals and videos. How to put together, and operate. There equipment is very spa ready and luxurious. I will continue to order from them.

I start knowing surebeauty and my first shopping experience with surebeauty all is in Aliexpress. After several months shopping experience with surebeauty through Aliexpress and official website, now I really like surebeauty and their products. I have bought over 50 machines from surebeauty and every shopping experience makes me more than happy, order processing is quickly, delivery is fast, customer service is patient and nice. I think I will do more purchase with surebeauty.

What I loved the most about surebeaty…
What I loved the most about surebeaty was the timely response to my million and one questions before I purchased my 160mw lipo machine. Not only that but because I had so many questions by the time I decided to purchase it, it wouldn't of gotten to me as soon as I would have liked it so again I emailed customer support asking if I could pay for express shipping and didn't even have to to as they processed my order quickly and I received in a WEEK !! This machine is great super simple to use you don't even need a Manuel. I will forever recommend surebeaty and will be purchasing from them moving forward.

I purchased an s shape cavitation machine from SureBeauty 6 months ago. Best purchase I have made when it comes to my body sculpting business. It delivers amazing results and I can say that because I have several machines. The screen went out around 6 months and SureBeauty responded extremely fast and are sending me a new machine body. I am very grateful for them and their wonderful customer service. If you are on the fence, just do it! You won’t regret purchasing from them.

BUY FROM SureBeauty 🫶🏻
One, I received my products very fast which was a pleasant surprise! The machines are amazing and work great. They came with a manual to ensure comfort with using my machines aside from my own learning experiences. Two-I did not receive a piece for my machine and I contacted support. They were quick to respond and fast in sending out the missing part. I researched many different companies and Surebeauty has competitive prices and customer service was amazing which is very important when you spend this amount of money.

I recently purchased 30K 6 in 1 Body Sculpting
Machine with 160MW Laser Lipo,as well as the combo gel and lotion, and I'm thrilled with these products. Not only was the delivery quick but when I had concerns with the delivery of my gel and lotion (incorrect-delivery due to USPS error), I contacted the customer support system and Alice with surebeauty.com was very helpful in making certain that I received my order . The best part is that I was able to set-up my machine and begin helping my clients. My new favorite pastime is filling up my cart at surebeauty.com with products that will WoW my clients and keep my practice busy.

My first machine stopped working after a few times and they were great at responding and sending out a new one right away. My facial game is even better now, and I am seeing an improvement on my legs as well. Highly recommended!

Great experience with surebeauty, I got the 30k body sculpting machine and I’m so happy and excited ( love my machine ), it’s amazing.
Communication was great even before I purchased the machine, great costumer service, very quick response every day. I also ask a few questions and I got a quick response back.
The machine in self is great, bigger than I expected, very easy to assemble and very packaged properly.

Amazing company and fast shipping
I have never worked with a company as responsible as Sure Beauty! The machines are amazing and the customer service is really good. I reached out to them about an issue I was having and they responded and fixed the issue immediately.
They are very polite in their communication and the shipping was very fast and I’m in the United States. If you want quality equipment this is the place to order from.
