Order delivered on time,well packaged. Very good prices. Had a small issue with its handing. Telephone call answered quickly with a new order sent out.
The company have been very good in their support, goods seem of good quality,not fitted yet though.
Would highly recommend.

Placed an order on 30th April had no update about when this was going to be delivered despite following the tracking order page , contacted them and they advised it will arrive today 06.05.26 but it never arrived and tracking information still not available
Sent another email asking when it will be delivered, no response as of yet

We’re very sorry for the delay and lack of communication regarding your order. After investigating this, it appears there was an administration error on our side, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused.
We understand how frustrating this must have been, especially after being advised of a delivery date that was not met. This is not the level of service we aim to provide as the bank holiday weekend changed the delivery date, sorry.
Please contact us directly with your order details so we can resolve this for you as quickly as possible.
You supplied me with an old style door lock gearbox.
You supplied me with a door lock gearbox which seemed unavailable elsewhere. It is the older style and it arrived the next day!

Truly PVC Ltd is the worst company ever
Truly PVC Ltd is the worst company i have dealt with on amazon they sold me a defected door lock that wont open and they wanted me to pay to send it back to them. There customer service is very poor and i would not buy from them again. In the end it was amazon who give me the money back.They make it very hard to send something back to then in the hope you just give up.

We’re sorry to hear you were unhappy with your experience. As previously discussed via Amazon messages, a Royal Mail return label was provided through Amazon for the item to be returned to us.
We also advised that if the item was confirmed to be faulty upon inspection, we would cover the return postage cost. Unfortunately, the order was never returned to us, so we were unable to investigate the issue further.
We always aim to assist customers with faulty items and provide suitable resolutions wherever possible, and we apologise if this was not reflected in your experience.
Please return the item to us using the Amazon Royal Mail return label provided, and once the item has been inspected and deemed faulty, we will reimburse the return postage cost.

The sending of the sample packs arrived the day after ordering. They were clearly marked and provide the opportunity to order the correct profiles needed for the jobs in hand.

Great company
Ordered on a Saturday so didn’t expect until Tuesday so told the customer it would be Tuesday. Arrived Monday and was able to fit that afternoon. Excellent product and great customer service. Does what it says on the tin.

Quality products with excellent service
Ordered a new lock for my front door at a reasonable price and it arrived within a couple of days. I wont think twice if I need further locks in the future.
