5 day delivery not next day or even 2 days
Ordered replacement multi lock after reading delivery advice and understood it would be delivered the next day or atleast within 2 days. Tracking number does not work on delivery company website, so had no clue when it was being delivered. Have now received a text from dx express advising it will not be delivered for 5 days. Not really acceptable when my front door is broken and after paying £7.50 for delivery. Received email stating that it has taken them 2 days to even process the order, not same day dispatch as stated on website although I ordered before cut off date.
If had been made aware of this before ordering i would have ordered from somewhere else that has better delivery options.
Will not be ordering from this company again.

Having reviewed the matter, it appears there may have been some confusion regarding the product received. "Neutral" refers to the cure type of the sealant and not the colour itself. The actual colour is printed on each tube, often alongside a RAL colour code.
We previously contacted you to request photographs of the tubes so that we could verify the colour supplied and investigate the issue further. Unfortunately, we have not yet received the requested images, which are necessary for us to determine whether an error has occurred and to provide the appropriate resolution.
We remain committed to resolving this matter for you and would be grateful if you could send the requested photographs at your earliest convenience. Once received, we will investigate promptly and work with you towards a satisfactory outcome.
