Superprof helps students find me. Because it's targeted to the right market, I don't have to waste time and money on broad-scale advertising. When a student contacts me, Superprof alerts me to their new message and provides me with their contact details as well.

It's a scam in my opinion. The payment only gives you access to messaging with the tutors, to then arrange another payment with them if you want to proceed. It also auto charges you monthly. Tutors didn't even reply when I tried to arrange a session.

Signed up thinking I was paying $69 for a tennis lesson, but turns out it’s actually a hidden subscription fee just to contact tutors.

Ended up being charged $69 for the platform + $70 for the lesson.

This wasn’t clear at all during checkout. It genuinely looked like I was paying for the session itself.

Customer support just pointed to their terms and refused a refund, even though I only contacted one tutor and didn’t use the platform beyond that.

Be careful when using this platform, the pricing structure is not as clear as it should be.

Really easy to use and makes things seamless by integrating the whiteboard, video call, scheduling, payment etc. etc. has everything in one place and has simplified my life greatly. Thanks superprof!

It is a scam. They signed me up to a Student plan and charged me $69/month for four straight months without me having a clue I was signing up for anything. I thought I was just giving my card to pay for a swimming lesson, and they kept my details and stole 280$ from me. Garbage.

Superprof has matched me with amazing local students who appreciate my teaching style as I manage to meet their needs. We work well together. Have excellent communication and enjoy the teaching learning process.
