Great As Always
Beautiful quality trainers. Website is easy to use, and Superga sales are just amazing with their offers. I ordered on line and delivery was very quick. Superga are true to size, my trainers fit perfectly. They are well made and this is now my fifth pair, just love the variety of styles and colours my latest pair was a treat for Christmas so I can wear on my next holiday. I try to buy a couple of pairs each year as there is always new colours and styles being introduced. They wear really well, and support your feet. I like the fact they are substantial not a flimsy trainer and since I have had my Superga's no aching tired feet.

I ordered a black pair of trainers as a gift snd these arrived on time and were so good I decided to order myself a pair of the burgundy sneakers. These were due to be delivered but never arrived and a refund was sent to me but no explanation at all was given as to why the shoes never arrived

Beautiful shoes
Beautiful shoes! I was skeptical buying shoes I’d never heard of but seen them used on models in my favourite store so thought I’d give them a try. They are very well made and the choices are fantastic. The only thing I would consider when buying is they are about 1/2 a size bigger and can’t be tightened enough to stop them slipping off so always go down half a size! I love mine with flowy dresses x

Absolutely shocking customer care
Absolutely shocking customer care. Bought a pair of big bumper shoes. First ever pair of Superga’s ripped around the ankle part of the shoe after 5 wears. Was told by the company it was wear and tear. 🤦🏻 subsequent communications told the same thing and then ignored. Safe to say I will not be buying another pair of Superga shoes. Quality of product was far inferior to what I thought I was getting. Poor shoes, poor customer service. Avoid! Same
Generic reply from the company about occidental damage. I used the shoes 5 times before they ripped through no fault of my own.

Problem with sizing…
The delivery was good and the shoes look good. Couple of warnings though. The shoes are quite heavy and very big. Superga sell size 39 as a uk size 5 1/2. Usually a size 39 is a uk 6 which explains why they were too big. I did get them at a bargain price so hoping with insoles and heel grips they will fit. It also seems very unfair to charge postage and not offer free returns. This is very unusual.
