SUPA Products Ltd. Omdömen

The supa heater is a great bit of kit. It appears to be well made. The couplings are good quality metal with good quality pipes. It easy to assemble. The customer service is awesome with prompt replies both email and phone support.
It is effective and efficient.
I bought the hot tub combo and I'm really pleased with it so far.
The water temperature remains constant.so much more effective than my old electric setup.

Superb build quality!!. Plus the heater works better than expected. Heated my Lay Z Spa water from 9 to 38 degC in 40 mins!

This a brilliant product, and a complete game changer when changing water in our airb+b hottub. Fills our large hot tub to 40 degrees in little over 2 hrs and would probably be quicker only our mains water pressure isn't great. Mark even answered the phone when I had a query regarding set up the first time. Brilliant product Brilliant service can't rate them high enough

Quality product. Warms water quickly. Good communication and quick delivery.

From start to finish I have had nothing but great results and so much help when things go wrong.
The product works so well and has saved me a fortune in electricity.
Mark, the founder of Supa has been invaluable and has always been at the end of the phone and helps when a newby like myself has a problem. Would highly recommend this brand to all.

Just wanted to let you know that I used the supa heater yesterday for the first time and it heated tub from 13° to 38° in 90 minuites……

What a great bit of kit

My hot tub is an artesian Dove canyon and it’s 1552 ltrs so big.

The system works very well. The main issue i had was finding a supplier for 19kgs propane at a reasonable price.
Now thats sorted out using the supaheater has made it so much easier and economical to have my hot tub ready for when I want to use it rather than constantly paying to keep the water warm until required.

I have a large wood fired hot tub that takes hours upon hours to heat…. And, trying to achieve the correct temperature is some kind of mystical art! Uses load of wood to heat, you constantly need to check it and add more wood. Hence the carry to heat it and try and get the correct temperature, I stopped using it as often as I would have liked too. Along comes SUPA Heater…. Wow! Heats my huge tub up in an hour to the perfect temperature every time. All I do now, is add a small amount of wood to the burner to maintain the temperature once it has been heated by SUPA Heater.

Great advise, great product and great service

We now have four of these as they are so good. Super powerful and look fantastic

Great producy fast delivery good customer service thanks

Hot tubs are inherently luxury items, not cost-saving purchases — and the Supaheat heater stands out as a valuable luxury accessory designed to reduce ongoing expenses. With solar panels installed, our hot tub operates at no cost during summer, but winter brings significant energy bills, often exacerbated by the tub remaining heated for 3-4 days without use.

The Supaheat has been a genuine game-changer for our setup. It heats our hot tub to 39 degrees Celsius in just 60-90 minutes, even when the tub is set to its lowest base temperature. Crucially, the water remains properly conditioned throughout the heating process, allowing us to use the tub as soon as it reaches the desired temperature.

Assembly of the unit is straightforward, and customer support exceeds expectations. A phone call to Mark quickly addressed any concerns we had, providing reassurance and clear guidance that put us completely at ease.

Even before ordering my sups heater the experience was so good,my first order timed out which I never realised and when I phoned up about it they couldn’t have been more helpful, this is an amazing piece of kit, heated my hot tub water from 10 degrees to 40 in one hour and twenty minutes approx 1500 litres of water.i was amazed at the speed,it didn’t really use that much gas either.i haven’t used it again because of wind and rain every weekend since but fully intend using it in the upcoming holidays weather permitting or until I build a shelter over the tub

From the first phone call ( and I made a few !) to the delivery of the heater , the service and friendliness was brilliant!
It was an absolute pleasure to deal this company !
We haven’t used it yet , as we are still trying to get the correct gas cylinder.

Thanks so much Mark for your reply !.. and the advice ! You’re a champ !
You were brilliant to deal with !

The Supaheater is well made, beautifully packaged and simple to use. It’s so efficient. No brainer vs using just electricity

Love the product makes hearing hot tub or pools easy and quick

does what it says on the tin at first I was sceptical but once built and tried it I couldn't believe how quick it was I changed my water in my lazy spar and it heated it from 10 to 38 degrees in less than an hour we have used it many times and love it can't recommend it highly enough best thing we ever bought

Very good bit of kit.. easy and quick way to heat your tub...

Great purchase. Saving us a fortune running our holiday let, especially at this time of year. We are able to turn the tub right the way down between guests and then quickly heat it up just a couple of hours before they arrive which sometimes saves 4 days or so of not having to heat it when not in use.

The support from start to end is outstanding and I have no issues with recommendations for the supaheater team.
